Good Morning , sunny and 75 , with humidity at 75%,, I walked out on the patio this morning and could feel the humidity.. Just stopped in to say 👋, as need to leave to go to La Jolla , NOT my favorite place to go, but it is for DH and for his eyes.. was cloudy most of Sunday, I went to church, was full.. maybe because of cooler temps. Good Monday morning to you 😊 Rain showers continue as the storm slowly moves away from us and heads north. NJ is comparing this storm to Hurricane Sandy in 2012. Beaches will all have to be restored. Our high temperature will be 67°. Temperatures in the low 80’s by midweek.

Church this morning. On the way home errands: Wild Birds, Grocery store, Home Depot, and Recycling center. Then worked on finishing up a tax return where I got the final piece of information. That was one I wasn’t sure was going to come in as the husband is taking care of his wife with dementia. I am glad I was able to finish that one and get it up on the portal. Hello…yesterday we went to the farmer’s market..bought zucchini fritatta, a chai scone, and a few tomatoes…last night we went to FIL’s..I I chatted with the caregiver while DH was trying to explain why he wouldn’t be there at night…he had to leave around 4 something a.m. to volunteer at a marathon about 1 1/2 hours away…he’ll be home maybe midafternoon..hoping he won’t be too tired and we can go for a dog walk and /or ice cream…it’s in the 70s today. we did..went to the cemetery and then got ice cream…we both got pumpkin pie flurries.
Never had a flurry. Guessing it is like a pumpkin milkshake. 😋
it’s the same as a DQ blizzard, ice cream mixed with anything..my favorite is Snickers..very thick, you eat it with a spoon.
The only way to eat a Blizzard.. haven’t had any in a couple years…
