This is a live feed of wild barns owls named the Lorton Meadows Barn Owls brought to you by the Dorset Wildlife Trust, United Kingdom. The male has a white chest and face. He usually shows up after dark but has spent an entire day with the female.
Good morning 💜 Coastal storm will bring rain all day with gusty winds about 30 mph. The NJ coast has been really battered. Many roads have been closed due to flooding. Storm should leave our area by this evening. Then will head for New England area. Will be watching the end of the Presidents Cup golf tournament.⛳ USA against International team. Held at the Medinah Country Club in Chicago, Illinois. We are behind by 3 points so far. We don’t have them often…but will enjoy hot dogs on roll with mustard and sweet relish for dinner. YUM!!! Yes, the east coast, and particularly NY and NJ, have been hit hard.
We both slept in a bit., Then did a load of laundry and found out after wards that there somehow got some white paper towels and a brown towel or napkin or cardboard mixed in (nothing with pockets in the load). The white paper towels were fine – they stayed together, but the brown paper was everywhere! Pulled out as many tiny pieces as I could and washed it again, then did the same and put into the dryer to hope the lint catcher got the rest. That was a mess! Laundry does sound like a mess….I think we have all had that happen at one time or another.
oh I have had that happen several times…DH or DS would leave stuff in their pockets, I didn’t check and what a mess…

Got up late, well, late or me; woke at 7a to go to the loo; almost stayed up, then thought, just a few more mins; which turned out to be almost 2 more hours 🙄 Made it to 86 again today, supposed to be the same tomo — so tired of this heat. Watching the Ohio State game, looks like they won it 42-19… what a game.. we now have a hot 98.5 🔥😡 DH fumigated the shop this afternoon.. had to turn off the hot water to the water heater.. not doing much washed some more windows inside..temperature starting to drop at 4pm….Big Sur getting ready for the coastal waves.. to hit.. in fact all the beaches along the coast for this coming week.. Prayers for the East Coast..will be having something light for dinner.. maybe breakfast… lol

Good morning. ☂ The coastal storm will cause much damage along the east coast. Here in Yardley we will have rain and wind gusts up to 40 mph today. High temperature 59°. This evening heavy rains all through the night into tomorrow. Calling for 2 inches of rain or more. Streets are flooded at the Jersey shore with waves going over the sea wall.
Angel hair pasta tossed in olive oil, onion, and diced tomatoes for simple dinner.
