Woke to 19 feels like 12 – No Snow! Got to 66 degrees today, heading to 79 tomo 😯 Good grief, we’re on fire watch; sounds so weird while watching snow levels on the weather channel; all those poor people/critters 🙏 Didn’t get a nap yesterday, but slept like a rock last night, only got up once & that was 5 hours after going to bed. Nice to see Tea/DH survived the snow and shoveling; it’s all in the ‘pacing’. {{HUGS}} i’m guessing a “leashing” wasn’t necessary 😄Good neighbors are such a blessing. 💝 Oh Lynn, i had an instant… Read more »

a “leashing” 😂…that’s what mine needs…once in awhile I can’t find him..i look around the house, outside, etc..I’ve even had to text him if he has his phone with him..he says “was I off my leash again?” 😂 yes, funny and he would do that and be good at it, Pam..he needs a job..

I had a good laugh after taking Lynn’s post about renting Bane out to a sheep farm seriously. It was early and I really needed another cup of coffee.
Great you had a good nights sleep.

Good morning ❄ Local news reported 21 inches of snow in our township. (Lower Makefield, PA) It is still snowing and we have strong gusts of wind. Back windows are all covered with wind blown snow and can’t see out. The heavy snow has trees and wires coated. Trees are bent over and could snap anytime. Many have lost power, but we are good so far.PTL Jenny is covered with snow, but vents are clear, so she is ready to help if needed. DH says he will do snow removal a little at a time. (he is what I call… Read more »

Good morning Lynn ♥ The wind blew the snow to cover the screens in the back of the house.
Porch furniture is all covered with snow too.
I have been in touch with our neighbors before the storm. So far so good.

Thinking of you, Tea, and hubby. Don’t let him go out. In these times, neighbors are anxious to help out each other. Stay warm and snuggled.

HI Jean…my DH wouldn’t listen though, maybe hers does..mine would just say he’s an adult and can do what he wants

My husband listens to me….then rolls his eyes and does what he wants. Not worth an argument.
I just walk away and pray he will be safe….like when he climbs a ladder.🙄

Hello Jeanne ♥ Snow is so deep, neighbors have trouble doing their own property. DH went out four different times and got 1/3 of our double driveway clear…enough to get our car out if needed. Also cleared the sidewalk in front of our porch so he can get mail. I can’t stop him from doing what he wants to do. He can be so stubborn at times. Never wants help from anyone. Our boys gave up. However, he has learned to pace himself and did a good job at doing that today. Neighbors might help in a day or two.… Read more »

Good morning…Bane is going nuts as usual, barks when he’s waiting for the squirrel and when he sees it, lol…lots of barking and i have to squirt him sometimes, especially when he’s close to me and it hurts my ears. We are looking for a sheep farm to rent him out to, lol…well, it’s the “post Olympics what do I do now” time…guess I’ll start with laundry and check my list. Have a good day, friends..thinking of Tea in the storm 💕

Church today. At home worked on … (wait for it) tax returns! Refilled squirrel feeders. Meant to do a load of laundry but…. Client realized they had forgotten to give me some information when they reviewed the return. I had to redo it and reprint it, but that’s OK (though I hate having to waste/shred all that paper). That’s why they should look over their return! Some just sign without looking, and I remind them that they are signing under penalties of perjury, so they really should at least let me go over it with them. Filed one, and finished… Read more »
