Good morning. 💜 A mix of clouds and sun here with a high temperature of 45° Feels like a heat wave….lol We have terrible mail service, even worst with the bad weather. Our credit card bill got lost in the mail. I reported it and they sent me a copy. Paid it by phone this morning. Our mail carrier gives our mail to neighbors and we get neighbors mail. So sorry about your mail service. The post office has its problems. I mailed two different envelopes for different clients by certified mail on 1/31/2026 to the same IRS address. Had to be separate envelopes because they were different businesses. One arrived in Kansas City at the IRS on 2/5/2026. The other one is still plodding along on it’s way there. 😖I think it finally made it to the Kansas City distribution center today. 😮

Coffee and Bible with friends this morning. Then to drop off some donated clothing, and to mail some bill payments. Home to work on tax returns. Finished up 3 and 2 of those returned their signature forms the same day and I was able to file them today. Of course, as soon as I finish one, two more come in. That is the way of tax season! Hello…DH and I went to Arby’s for the fish sandwiches deal…then Kroger for our sparkling water drinks and a couple other things..then a brief visit with FIL and the caregiver. DS is in Tasmania! for a 50k race.

I once stuffed a Laz-y Boy chair into the backseat of my Buick LaCrosse, driving from Phoenix, AZ to Montrose, CO to give to DB/Chuck. Like most things, it was much easier to get it in the car than to get it out; turned out to be quite the adventure ↓↓

I stayed with friends in Albuquerque with that stupid chair; neither one of them have ever let me live it down. It was over 20 years ago and Pat still teases me about bringing my own chair to their house. 😄

Good morning, we have sunny clear beautiful Wed. Temperature is 72 to become 83 this afternoon, mild wind, and great news Jackie from the eagle nest laid another egg from Big Bear. Hopefully there will be a second egg from her. Syd is still sitting on her 5 eggs and Mel keeps bringing her food.. Tea, pray the snow melts and you get some sunny weather..
