Good morning 💙 A little sun after about 1 inch of snow fell last night. Just a dusting, but sick of snow.
Looking forward to a warm up this weekend.
Survivor 50 will start tonight. Players from the past and a lot of them to keep track of in beginning.
Have a pleasant day. Take care ♥ ttfn

Good morning…it’s sunny and high of 39 today, not bad…the sun always helps. I’m going to work on an Avon order, maybe vacuum and finish a job or two that I started yesterday. Have a good day, friends. 😊

Paid bills today. Worked a bit on a few tax returns. Went to a client’s house to pick up tax papers (he cares for his elderly mom and can’t leave her alone). Plus, I’ve gone to his house for years and he is used to that service. Then stopped at Costco to pick up a few things and have my hearing aids cleaned. Made corned beef and cabbage in the crock pot for dinner. Had my church home group zoom meeting. Then DH and I watched some Tv together. Temp’s today 34 to 48. Mostly clear. Good Night all! Love… Read more »

Hi Chris…so nice that you do that…lots of people are caregivers these days…like my DH…and I even know of a young woman, maybe in her 20s or 30s who is the fulltime caregiver for her dad so she is mostly home all the time…I walk dogs with her sister. It’s a very difficult job, tiring, and sometimes stressful, the caregivers are angels.

Good morning 💜 A bright sunny day with a high temperature 31°. Sun will melt away some of the snow from blizzard. DH cleared 1/3 of our double driveway and walkway in front of our porch yesterday. He paced himself and did a good job. We did not know that our road was plowed after dark last night. The plow always pushes snow in front of driveway. We found out this morning that our next door neighbor cleared all that up for us last night. Otherwise it would have been solid ice by morning. I sent an e-mail to Tim…thanking… Read more »

that’s very nice! I always hear the snowplow and during the night, it wakes me up…reminds me of snow days when I was a kid..i’d worry that it would all be cleared in time for school 😂but sometimes even then the country roads were bad so no school anyway.😀

Good morning….in the 20s, high in the 40s later but windy…going to finish laundry, maybe put away some winter/Valentine’s decorations today /this week, before March (even though I still consider March to still be winter) …and look through a tote of DS’s clothes from when he was a kid, my friend is wanting kids’ shirts and pants for Uganda. Since I’m not that motivated, maybe one thing each day…on Friday we can let our dogs run around in DB’s yard, after letting his dog out for awhile..don’t know where they are going, he never tells me…rarely see him, even less… Read more »

Good morning Lynn ♥ I consider March winter too. Always cold and seem to have snow often.
I just put away our “heart” decorations. Snowflakes still on wreath on front door.
Dogs will have fun running around in your DB yard. It is a shame you rarely see your DB. I am estranged from my sister now. Had enough over the years and peaceful now. Such is life.
Have a good day.

I have Vday ones and also still have snowmen up (will leave those awhile) but might put away (wash first) the red plaid placemats and runners I have here and there (I use them on the piano, cd shelves, here and there under decorations. and there is a big red plaid one on the table in the library.
that’s sad about your sister…with DB, it’s because of SIL..and she’s home even more now, lost her job..hope she gets another one! I’d see him more but he wants to “keep the peace” at home.

Sorry you can.t see your DB, my Mother caused a lot of bitterness in our family, After she passed away in 1989, it all went away.. makes it hard…🙏🙏 Your dogs will enjoy the run in a yard..💕

Well, more of March is officially in Winter than Spring, so I consider March as Winter too!

Worked on more tax returns. Sent out questions. Got a perm at the hairdressers. Went grocery shopping. Put out a new suet block for the birds. All a lot of this and that. Started a load of sheets and forgot about it until now. 😀 Temps today 39 to 47. Cloudy. My hometown made the news today : 74 mph gust recorded in Stony Brook on Long Island!! Prayers for all those without power and/or deep in snow. 🙏

Good Night all! Love & Hugs & Prayers!

wow, that is quite a gust! those scare me with these windows. I forget clothes in the dryer sometimes and in the winter especially they feel so cold so I have to start the dryer again, for 15 minutes or so to take the chill and damp feel out.
