I got my haircut yesterday morning. I ran into a guy and his wife whose hair I used to cut. Rick and I have mutual friends that they have. So I chatted with them for awhile.
Rick has broken up the garden dirt and cleaned it out. He also cleaned out a flowerbed and removed the dead flowers that will come up again.
On my way to get my haircut I saw wild flowers popping up.
It is going to be 90° all weekend!!! Fine

We were walking after supper and walked right past Daffodils in bloom in someone’s yard. It was really exciting to see. I can see buds just appearing on the trees so leaves should be out in March. 😀
Good morning. Beryl, Jenn, Ardyth, Kathy, Lynn, Pam. Back to normal today high wind and rain later, no sunshine on offer today. Poor Daffodils getting a beating in this high gusty wind laying flat a lot of them. With the open Green a southerly wind blows right across the green no houses to cut it down. They will stand up again. Just back from the surgery to pick up our monthly life saving pills. Good job at our age that we get them for free very expensive if you have to pay these days. Free is great! Three of my four prescriptions are free and I don’t know why and neither did the pharmacist but It’s good by me.

If you are under 65 here you have to pay for your medicines so it an expensive job being ill under 65.🙄😘
My prescriptions are all unde $5 a piece so that is a good price. But, free is better!😀

Always seems to happen every year they come out in all their glory only to be flattened by this gusty South wind.
Medication isn very expensive now and seems to go up after every government budget.😏😘
Big brush fire with evacuation of businesses/residences north of Denver for several hours today. Fire Warning in place for us; we’re about 3.5 hours SE of that fire. It’s just so darn dry. 😔
I once stuffed a Laz-y Boy chair into the backseat of my Buick LaCrosse, driving from Phoenix, AZ to Montrose, CO to give to DB/Chuck. Like most things, it was much easier to get it in the car than to get it out; turned out to be quite the adventure ↓↓

Good morning, Cloudy but warmer today 45 going up to 61. Cold outside again yesterday, I was walking Danny around the house and neighbor Kay came out and we had a nice chat but she looked frozen, I had on my heaviest coat and gloves and pulled my hood up but she had on just a light jacket. Good Morning! Cloudy and 44 going up to 60 and very very breezy conditions (15 to 25 mph with higher gusts possible). Yesterday it felt good to make a little more progress in our ongoing purging of items we don’t love, need or use. I succeeded at dropping off our most recent box of donations at Matthews Help Center before I went grocery shopping. Despite the expected very gusty breezes expected today I will be keeping my lab appointment this morning to have more serum eye drops made. Thank you 💜 I have the option to leave and come back but I don’t want to waste the fuel in my car. The lab is 20 minutes from my house and there’s nothing nearby for any of my errands so I’m fine hanging out in the waiting room. I have become good friends with the staff there 😊
Good morning, lovely sunshine and I cleaned the house yesterday with the doors and windows open and today its sunny again and I like to be able to just go outside and potter!
Sorry I am not around but not always easy for me to communicate sometimes so used to not talking to anyone and it becomes a habit just not to talk !🤗
