Good afternoon…finished with this petsitting job…Jenn, I/we fed the geckos in their tank, not really fun for me, lol…I prefer furry and cuddly animals 😀 It’s raining now but earlier the sun was out and I walked Bane wearing a short sleeve shirt (I was the one wearing the short sleeved shirt, lol), it was so nice out..had my hair up in a ponytail, too. I’m wondering where we will get our fish meals from…I’ll let DH decide..I’m thinking VFW or maybe the restaurant we went to last week. Have a good evening and weekend 😊

Hi Kathy, This is the recipe I used. I did not add the lemon juice and I would use less sugar mine was very sweet. Some like to add a little vanilla too. Basic Recipe: 5-Minute Blueberry Sauce Ingredients: 2 cups frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup water, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness). Instructions: Mix: In a saucepan, stir together the sugar and cornstarch. Dissolve: Whisk in the water and lemon juice. Boil: Add the frozen blueberries and bring to a boil over medium heat. Mom loved blueberries; I made something very like this for her; she spooned it over biscuits, ice cream, French toast, as well as pancakes. She’d pour it over pretty much anything. 😋

I’ve never read anything by this author but this large print novel caught my eye when I was perusing the Large Print section of our public library.

Good morning, Another very warm day yesterday, sunny and a light breeze. I sat on the porch in the later morning early afternoon, reading and untangling yarn. Looks like after the 1st week of May. We need to be there when they start. We went Memorial weekend last May and it was crazy on the roads so never again..lol
Earlier in May definitely sounds like a better option for your drive back to Maine.

Craig is still quite stuffy so I wonder if it’s from pollen. It could just be a cold but it’s hard to tell sometimes. He’s been going to work since Tuesday despite not feeling the greatest.
We have been sneezing a lot.

I think it might be the air quality with Craig. I do not have cold symptoms just pressure in my sinus especially on the left side.
I am taking a Claritin daily this week and it helps from blowing my nose so much.
I’m so glad the Claritin has helped you. Years ago Craig used to take generic Claritin (loratadine 10mg) in the Spring and Fall. I might suggest we get him some for him again.

Yesterday was just another day……gave myself a pedi and polished my toenails. It was 80° and felt cool….lol
Good morning Ardy. It seemed you just did a pedi the other day. 😊 I am lucky to get mine in 3 weeks time, usually 4 weeks.
Yes i did ,last week but I didnt like the way the polish went on….it was from the $tree. I do them every two weeks normally.
Since November I have not had open toe sandals/crocs so I do not polish just trim my nails. I will polish once I go bare toes.
I did get my capri’s out yesterday and hung them up.
I dont wear open toes in the winter but at home I am barefoot or in flip flops so i polish my toes. I dont like to see mine bare after polishing them most of my life.😂
