Good afternoon…went with DH to the coffee shop, he was meeting up with a couple people to sell more of his stuff…he also meets them at McD’s, a park lodge, or they come here. Good Morning! Cloudy and 65 going up to 79 with thunderstorms possible later today. We’re NOT looking forward to ‘Spring Forward’ with the clocks tonight!! Yesterday, after I checked with Craig and he agreed that this sounded appealing, I bought most of the ingredients needed for Baked Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken for a future meal. I’m looking forward to the time change very much…now we’ll have time to maybe do some things when DH gets home from work…and love that the days will get longer and longer, to me it’s depressing when it gets dark so early. That recipe sounds really good.
I got these yesterday from the animal rescue site. They really arent my style but I really need something more stable to wear at home.

The weather sure has turned now, from winter cold to summer hot, where is Spring? It was 87 on our weather app in the afternoon!
I love the 70’s with low humidity so will see but the next few days show around 80.
I finished sewing the quilt together just need to make a binding and hand sew it around the back.
Going to do cleaning today, kitchen floor gets so dirty it seems. I made fried chicken, rice and peas last night it tasted extra good
for some reason.

I just read this on our local news station so it makes more sense now. Just a touch of April weather in March. Our April-like stretch of weather does not stop after this weekend. Warmer than usual weather will continue into next week, with a few passing showers possible on Monday and Tuesday. A cold front will move into the Carolinas on Thursday and will likely be accompanied by a band of showers and storms. Yesterday was cooler for us. I really enjoyed those days of 90°
We went to Sam’s Club to use our credit we have. I joined when the membership fee was $15 but I wont renew it because the store isnt for us…..just too big and not all the inexpensive. Then we went to Culvers for lunch. I ordered Walleye, which I love and Rick got shrimp and we shared. It was good but lots of fried food!!! We caught walleye when we fished in Northern MN and mom pan fried it in flour with salt/pepper.
We had Sam’s Club years ago but felt the same, everything sold in bulk or at least doubles and it was too much for us.
They had some clothing back then also, like outdoor wear stuff.
I didn’t know you had a Culver’s in AZ. I thought it was a southern thing we first found it in Florida but Maine does not have any.

Yes, they sell in bulk and it’s just the two of us and then you have to find somewhere to store it too. We bought a couple things and everyone else has cart fulls so you have to wait in line behind them.
Culvers started in Wisconsin.
Oh Wow, I thought Culvers was more southern.
we have Culver’s..I get the tenders and sometimes the flavor of the day or root beer shake.

Another week has passed us by and here today we have very thick cloud all day with a very misty atmosphere.
It is dropping like a drizzle.
A high of 50F today and this will not clear today, not very Spring like at all.😏.
Outlook for the next week is much colder with rain occasionally.
Spring on hold once again.
