Good Morning! Cloudy and 35 going up to 48. Yesterday we got a little bit of much needed rain but we still need more, which is possible overnight tonight. The PPI results last week for Big Blue revealed a few items that need attention that are normal wear and tear for the age and mileage on the car. One item that needs immediate attention is a coolant leak. We already have Big Blue scheduled for Thursday with our mechanic to get this fixed. Our friend Joe picked up his long awaited girlfriend, Lynn, at an airport in N. Carolina early yesterday morning. Over 5 years waiting.
He told Denny she was coming the day before, he was so happy. He can’t wait to take her traveling, camping, so many things. I hope
to meet her soon.
We went for a ‘Sunday drive’ yesterday. We like to go to different areas and this time we did not go to the beaches areas.

We also too Sunday rides to the country when I was growing up and I still love doing it to this day.

Good Dec1 morning Oh boy, It is December today. I did stay home from church yesterday even though I felt guilty…….I went to Walmart and made my first batch of Chex Mix. I needed a “me” day. Rick grilled a steak with baked potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts and sauteed mushrooms. A busy day….I put the stuffed animals out for a start of decorating, although I dont plan on doing much. Good Monday morning. Beryl, Jenn, Ardyth, Kathy,Lynn, Pam. A very wet night and a very wet morning will get to 56F which is not too bad. A wet trip out this morning for the paper but traffic not too bad for a change. Good evening…went to the farm store, Cracker Barrel, and Walmart..got a new throw to cover the couch cushions..things we needed at Walmart, and got the veg country plate at CB. My helper just dropped off blueberry bread that he’d made and a Christmas card, nice surprise.
