Today is not my day…..it all started yesterday when I got a Jury duty notice in the mail. I just had one the beginning of the year but at 70 you can get out of it. This is Pima Superior court. I have always had to take my form over to be excused Then they filled it out and then they call me and I go back and get it. I’m so sorry Ardy. What a frustrating day 😞 I don’t understand about your doctor’s office. When I needed a doctor’s note to be excused from jury duty all I had to do was message my doctor through my patient portal requesting one. Within a few hours I was able to go and just at the reception desk to pick up the envelope that had my doctor’s note enclosed.
Will you contact Modlily about them sending you the wrong top? I love the one you actually ordered but didn’t receive.
It seems they have changed their policy. And i called the court house and they have a new boss with new rules. You cannot say a person cant sit longer than 30 minutes without giving explicit details as to why for it to be approved.
That’s crazy!!
I sure hope my new Dr can write my excuse the way this man wants it done….he is making it harder for a person.
I have so much trouble sitting with my back and RLS. The lady I talked to was very nice she did everything but tell me what I needed to say she wished she could but she can’t But she made it very clear that we need to explain just exactly why I can’t sit. Because if you don’t explain it well the judge will let you get up and walk around Oh boy
That is the craziest thing I’ve heard in awhile. The judge will make you walk in front of him!😩

How long do you have to get your response back to the courthouse? Will your Nov. 2 appt. work out okay for getting you caregiver to excuse you?
And then to get another top you did not order.😣 Now what will you do. Can you talk on the phone or just on email?
I called the courthouse and Nov 2 will be fine since the date for jury duty is Dec 15…..bad timing so close to Christmas.

I got notified that my BJ’s order is ready for pickup. Time for me to get ready to leave. I will also need to get some groceries from Harris Teeter today (every Thursday is Senior Discount Day there).
Have fun shopping, I have never been to a Harris Teeter.

Ardy this is weird but the same thing happened to Denny this week. He never orders clothes online but he saw this jacket and wanted a winter coat so he ordered it. It came without even a name tag on the coat I could see a thread that might have been where it was removed. It is very light and I saw the tag it said the whole coat 100% polyester and he noticed the zipper is for a girl not a mans coat.. Yes, it doesn’t look bad but it is not worth anywhere close to $75. It is a good length and comfortable fit not too snug or too loose but not a warm winter coat by any stretch. His 15% back showed up in our account today…$11

I slept in until 8 after waking at 3:30 and tossing and turning awhile. Feeling rested.😴
Yesterday I made us a big breakfast with sausage and eggs and bagels and then put together a potato au gratin in my crock pot and then made a blueberry crisp. I had blueberries I wanted to use up. I sure had more ambition then I do this morning.😉
