Warmer this week for sure, almost 50 degrees out going up to 67.
Yesterday was sunny and warm so I was outside looking at a big recipe book I have put together over a few years. Also did some knitting.
I made a recipe I haven’t tried before with turkey cutlets I had bought. I put a little mayo on them and crushed potato chips to roll them in then into the air fryer. They were so tender and tasty, we both liked them.
I need to go grocery shopping today.

I have never heard of turkey cutlets, glad you enjoyed them.
They are usually in the chicken section at the grocery stores. I will definitely make them again.

Here I have a Black and Decker toaster oven/air fryer. We bought an inexpensive Gourmia Air Fryer for the cabin and we really like that one too.

The termite guy came for his yearly inspection that costs us $210 but if we have termites we dont have to pay anything…..all was good which I already knew….
I did some laundry and took it easy. Today is cleaning day.
Rain coming in a day or two, snow in the mountains and down to freezing temps this weekend.

Good morning. Beryl, Jenn, Ardyth, Kathy, Lynn, Pam. Hard frost once again 31F this morning but getting to 40F later. The wind has changed to a SW blow with a belt of rain due later this evening. It will turn to snow for a while when it hits the cold but then we will just be rain. Gradually warming up a bit next week into the 40F range, but with the good old favourite wind and rain.lol. They say our rain starts Thursday I think and this weekend snow in the mountains AND down to freezing!!!! Yikes!!!!

It will be warming up a bit from now on with our usual rain and wind coming back next week.
!963 we had freezing condition for for a couple of months Jan through to March.
We had snow of average depth of 12 inches then.
Nothing like that since so very rare in the South of the country😀😘.
I was thinking it must be rare to get a lot of snow there.
I remember we had 4″ of snow in Tucson once.

Sheet day, UGH; did the online crossword, showered; re-opened the laptop and NO INTERNET 😠 Called tech support, they’re working on it; the window given was ’til 5p. I know why companies do that; it’s so customers are extra-happy when they ‘beat’ the estimate. 🙄 Guess i spent too many years in IT to not recognize the tactic. Not that i care, just glad it came back around 1-2p. 💻

Craig added a week of vacation to his Christmas break so he’s still home this week. It’s after 10 AM and he’s still sleeping but he didn’t get to bed until around 1 AM.
We both enjoyed watching the various NFL games yesterday. Thanks to the Falcons beating the Saints our Panthers clinched the NFC South and now move on to the playoffs.
I need to get some groceries sometime today at Food Lion. I might also go to Aldi.
