Just heard from sis Deena, she got out of the hospital yesterday after a long night there the night before. She was put on oxygen for the bronchitis and they said she does not have pneumonia, which was a big worry. She said she slept good last night.
That is one health issue but the bigger one is waiting for the pet scan.🙏

61 going up to 76 today. Already feels balmy outside.
Yesterday was a beautiful day, we drove along the coastal route but did not stop at beaches. Went to Burlington and Bealls and then
we went to Five Guys for lunch. I love their homemade fries.😘
Sat outside the rest of the afternoon when we got back, it was a beautiful day.

It was like a summer day, so warm and sunny. Today near 80 but just seeing we are going to have possible snow and a storm event into the coming week. That is too extreme.😔

I did not find anything I really wanted. Seems they just have loads of sweaters and many looked stretched out from hanging on hangers so long. Their merch comes from their bigger store, this Bealls is an outlet. Maybe new Spring clothing will be coming soon.

Yesterday was another day of not doing much. I did apply my fingernails and Kurt came over for a haircut.
Rick has been under the weather now for a few days, he doesnt have a fever but runny nose, scratchy throat, etc. It is probably a cold.
We just had left over soupr for supper but he did make biscuits

A hard frost last night and a high of 40F today but sunny.
But tomorrow we are expecting to see a high of 53F how about that for a crazy temp swing.
Monday will also be in the 50F range but back to Winter after that.lol.
Still many people in the South West still without power certainly fortunate in my bit of the country.
Topped the old girl up with fuel paper purchased back in the warm so time for that warming cup of coffee😀😘.

Hello….I’ve been catching up on things around the house and reading books I got for Christmas, since my petsitting job ended..it was 10-11 days and kept me quite busy…two very active dogs and I needed to be there a lot but also had to take care of my own pets and house when DH wasn’t here. I have another job coming up, possibly February, don’t know yet. I made some broccoli cheddar soup, plenty for lunch and I’ll freeze some..also give some to my mom.
