I gave myself a pedi and polished my toenails green….lol I bought the polish at the dollar tree and after i applied it it turned dull and flat but the top coat saved the day. I did some laundry and that was about it…..cold boring days.
That looks pretty Ardy, I like it! Do you wear open toe shoes in winter? I gave up painting my toenails until I can wear sandals/ flip flops.
No I dont but I still keep my toes polished😅
I should not be so lazy…LOL Have not had open toes here since October. 😌
I just dont like the looks of my toenails bare, that’s just me.

Good morning, woke to sun streaming in but it didn’t last long and it looks like the things I had in mind to do might have to wait ! I am such a kid I keep going to the back bedroom to look out and see everything even the sky I guess it will wear off but the front is the same as he has done a lovely job of the front hedge and although its still high I can see a lot more of the housed opposite me ! Another cold night but we have some morning sunshine before the wet stuff arrives yet again.
49F so not too bad.
A couple of big lorries on our estate this morning off loading some heavy diggers.
There has been a notice on the Green about some work being done on the roads around the estate.
Will have to wait and see what that is all about.
Off to pick up our prescription this morning hope we are not blocked in with these lorries.

Do you remember when you were iceman, so long ago at Hog ! I was working out how long I had been on SPO and it must be around 16yrs !

All that equipment and the job they did was to cut back grass turf that had grown over the pavements.
I could have done that with a spade.lol.

Good Morning! Clear skies and 24 going up to 41. Depending on which weather source I check our snow accumulation is predicted to be anywhere from 4″ to 8″ this weekend. Looking ahead I see more snow ❄️ is possible next Thursday.
Yesterday when I went to PetSmart to pickup my order of cat food I also bought two Dental Banana chew toys for Matcha and Chai. They both have already enjoyed their new catnip chew toys 😺

Good morning, 29 degrees going up to 44. I just looked at my phone weather App and it has a Winter Storm Watch beginning at 1AM Saturday. 😣 Looks like N. Carolina in some areas and Virginia will be getting it pretty bad. Not sure about our area just a watch right now. Yesterday was sunny which made it warm to sit on the porch so I did spend some time in afternoon enjoying sunbathing ( just my face and hands ). Felt so nice. Cake really is good. The sponge like cake with 4 eggs beaten for several minutes makes it so light and airy. I love it.

I’m glad you got to see Joe and Lynn yesterday. I love it that she enjoys cooking and has basically banned Joe from the kitchen 😄
So how did your beautiful roll cake taste?
I had to laugh when Joe was telling us that, she was smiling looking at him.🥰 He said she made the best beef stew he has ever had. She said she won’t use his slow cooker, not liking throwing everything in together and leaving it alone. He said she can take a raw chicken and have it divided completely, legs, breast, wings etc. in just minutes! That is something I have never done.
The cake taste very delicious, I do wish it had not broken I wanted to make it look pretty.😏

Rick buys whole chickens, cuts them in half and grill half at a time.
