A cold night but a bit of sunshine this morning.
Late afternoon we will be in the firing line again for heavy showers getting to be normal now.lol.
Outlook next week is colder temps with the chance of Wintry showers so Spring not ready yet.
A visit to the garage for the daily paper is done time for that coffee and trying a new multi seed bar very tasty indeed.

Sounds like you wont be lacking for rain which in a way is good.
We do like winter rain here in the desert because it brings all the dormant wild flowers in the ground to life.
If we dont have much winter rain we dont have many wild flowers in the spring.

They were there for about two hours on a grass verge just along from my house because the grass had grown over the path a bit and they could have done it in half the time with a shovel.lol.
I bet when the desert blooms it is an wonderful sight.😘🌴

We have our Y’ALL-O-METER set up in our front yard visible from our be bay window. Will we really get measurable snow ❄️? All weather sources from our area seem concerned that we will.

Good late morning…last night we went out…it was getting late and we were hungry so got something quick at McD’s..never go there at night but we didn’t have a lot of time and they are fast…then to Aldi for cream and eggs..then to FIL’s…only had a half hour but chatted with the caregiver (we don’t bring our dogs there as much now because she brings her new puppy)…then had to get back home for a short time before DH headed back to his dad’s. Nikki has a Vet appointment this morning. Her cough started awhile ago and is getting worse. We know it means fluid on her lungs, she was diagnosed last March..but we knew it before then. We are hoping they can give her fluid pills again.

Good Morning! Cloudy and 22 (feels like 15) going up to 41. Winter Storm Gianna is almost here. If the current forecast from our local TV station holds, by 6:00 AM Saturday it will be snowing. On Saturday we have a 100% chance of snow for much of the day. If we get what is to forecast it will be the most snow in 10 to 12 years for our area.
Today I need to change the bed sheets. I also need to wash at least one load of clothes.

Denny had picked up a rotisserie chicken the day before yesterday, to surprise me not to cook supper. I had stomach pains yesterday and was up and down yesterday afternoon and evening, sick. I have many allergies to food overly processed and believe it was that. My body tries to eliminate anything it doesn’t think is safe it seems. Feeling kind of weak but not sick feeling now. I most always cook my own chickens ( like the one without breast meat recently! I prefer just fresh chicken breast meat.
Did not do much feeling stomach pains yesterday.

Sorry you werent feeling good yesterday. Everyone seems to rave about those chickens …..Rick never buys them because he prepares ours at home in many different ways. I cant eat much white meat or thick pork chops as i have a hard time swallowing it.
Thank you Ardy, I have to be really careful with preservatives. Many restaurants have salads with stuff on them to preserve the freshness but it makes me very sick. I used to love Panara salads but had to stop having them. I never have cared much for the store cooked chickens but this one really hit me.
The white is dryer I can see how you might have trouble swallowing it. 😥
I was thinking yesterday about your hair cut and the not nice remark your hairdresser made. We all know how we like our hair. I always blow dry my hair and have medium hot rollers or curling iron to quickly put on to even out my hair because it is wavy in back and straight in front and on top. I only leave on a minute it is just enough to smooth out all my hair. I have had many hairdressers ( like the one who chopped off my hair in October ) tell me just let the back go… Read more »
Yes I agree, it might not have been long to her but to me it was and didnt style right for the way i like it to look. I wear my hair short and it needed to be tapered more. She did suggest going a tad higher with the clippers and said let her know how it worked next time.

I’m so sorry your stomach reacted badly to the rotisserie chicken 😩 Poor Denny must feel awful about getting that 😞
He did feel bad. He kept checking on me coming and going from the bathroom. He went for deli cheese at the Food Lion and passed by the chickens and on a whim he got one. I had said when he left I was not sure what I was making for supper. I just meant I had not decided not that I didn’t have anything. Must be careful how I word things.😏

That is all the chicken we eat is organic breasts from a nearby farm.
Not cheap but my goodness they are so succulent.😋
