I am making good, but slow progress cleaning out things. Jo does not help with initiating going through things, but she will look at what I drag out and select things she wants to save. She is doing better with letting go of things than I thought really. She helps get donations to the car to take to Goodwill. Then at Goodwill they unload for us, so that part is easy. The german grandmother lives in this house. Her german son -around 50years old- lives with her in his old child’s-room, he had 2 big heart surgeries, reanimation, almost never leaves his room, always on the computer, but keeps smoking cigarettes like crazy , even though he had stent and bypass. Yes, trash is a good word for them. They had changed the law over here, smoking dope is legal now, but it is not allowed to bother others and not, when kids are around. Since my DH has a good income and is still working, the state looks at my retirement money as an additional income and i pay a lot of taxes and other contributions from it. I think some of the legal ones get help, especially when they arrive. I don’t think the illegal ones het much. I googled it. The illegals can get emergency medical care, public education, certain nutritional programs, disaster relief. Individual states can give more. But things are tighter now. Raining outside, just now a thunder, SLEET coming down, it is cold and we have the central heat on in MAY !! You are cold! Oh, I know it is hard for your daughter to work at night. How long are her shifts? Here a lot of nurses do 12 hour shifts, and work 3 days a week, then are paid for 40 hours. I looked up this soup. Very delicious. It is similar to American clam chowder, but sounds much better with the smoked haddock. One recipe called for mashed potatoes to make it thicker, another called for hunks of potatoes. I would probably combine some mashed with some hunks. But delicious either way.
If timmy would be dead, he would descend to the ocean bed. IF tracker would work, he wouldnt send signals from ocean bed. Tracker only makes signals when out of water, like when whale is breathing. Having my bank change in your country would be a nightmare! All my income is direct deposited, some things are paid automatically out of my checking account. I don’t like to use over 425 except for a large baked potato I occasionally go to 450, but it is not necessary. The oven has a nonstick interior and for that reason it should not be heated high either. I am also going to buy parchment paper made specially for the oven. I really never do 450 F. The highest temp i use in my built – in oven is 428 F. I hope that you managed to clean the oven somehow now. Hi Gabi, I just decided to leave the oven with no silicone, no parchment. I read to clean the oven after each use when it is no longer hot, but still warm. The non-stick part is very dark, I can’t really tell if it is really dirty. But I know you cannot clean it with anything but mild soap and a sponge. When i use my oven for stuff that might splatter, i cover it with aluminum foil (never that foil in a microwave!!), then i clean it like you said, when it is still warm. After each use, when some splatter stuff was inside. You could soak rack and tray for a while in warm soap water, then clean it , might be easier ? Debbie, i looked out my window this morning and saw a young girl “walking” her little dog. She didnt even walk, she drove pretty fast on her scooter, and the little dog on its leash was running behind her. She was too fast for the little dog on its short legs. We had a little outing today, i came home late. We were in the town again, where DD and i used to live. We did accidentally meet some people i used to know. Talked a little, it was nice. A nice mothers day. We still walked around some in this town, so many stores are closed now, houses look empty. It was totally different when we lived there. I lived there from 1981 to 2002. I looked up all those meds against rheumatoid arthritis, which is an autoimmune disease. I am glad that those 2 meds help you now thank GOD, to prevent damage in your joints. Yes, you do need to go to bed earlier, it is healthier. I totally agree with this plan. You can write when, if, you have time. I know you have a real life. It is best to not get burnt out too on writing, when it gets done not at a good time for you. I always worry when you write late.. so, GO TO BED GABI. Not now of course, it is mid afternoon for you.

I want you to get your sleep Gabi, it is very important to your overall health. It is best to have a set bedtime so that your body will learn to naturally be sleepy at that time, and go to sleep rather quickly. My schedule is to go to my bed about 11 pm my time at night, then read on Facebook, and play a simple game that doesn’t require much thought (solitaire). Then by around midnight go to sleep. Hello freundin, finishing the stump was easy to move but it’s a huge one, can’t not fit in the garbage can, cutting some parts. Sad days here my MIL and my GS died and we are in shock with both deaths. Thanks you for thinking of me, because I think about you too. 💙

Good afternoon Gabi. I was watching a tv show I usually watch in the morning, and the topic was interesting to me, so I decided to switch to CNN to see what the news was. The “gate” is a net. Keeps him inside. He is floating in water about as high as he is , inside the barge. Not swimming under the barge. They water his back. When he was stranded, his back was out of the water. They had covered him then with big wet cloths and sprayed water on him all the time. From what i was reading, this barge was not made for him, it belongs to a shipyard and can carry ships. He will soon reach the north sea . I dont know how far they still will carry him. They say that they did tag him, but tracker seems not to work perfectly. It might improve. Timmy seems to swim in the right direction north. They will not tell the public what the tracker results are. They dont want boats to bother timmy.
