We paid for 3 hours of parking and we pretty much stayed down in the canal and we went to lunch and I basically went there to see the canal
I don’t remember a hat. There were other people wearing white. Her coat came down to at least her knees. That helped me pick her up. The coat wasn’t fastened which made it blow around more.
