Feed Times & Camera Info
The automated feeder distributes small amounts of cracked corn and sweet feed three times each day. The feeding schedule can change throughout the year.
Camera operators use pan, tilt and zoom controls, allowing viewers to follow wildlife and provide closer views. Manual control of the PTZ functions often occurs during evenings and weekends. The stream runs 24 hours a day throughout the year, and the camera may switch to a black-and-white night view after dark.

About the PA Deer Cam Location
The PA Deer Cam sits on private property in a wooded area of southwestern Pennsylvania. Rolling hills and mostly deciduous forest surround the camera. This creates habitat for whitetail deer and many of the other animals that regularly appear on the stream.
The broader region is part of Pennsylvania’s Appalachian landscape, where forests, valleys and hills provide food and cover for a wide variety of wildlife throughout the year.

Whitetail deer are frequent visitors, but the feeder and surrounding woods can also attract wild turkeys, raccoons, squirrels, groundhogs, skunks, crows, songbirds and other animals.
