Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. I just got back, had a good time at the park sent Debbie some pictures. I waded in the lake the sand felt so good on my feet-we hiked a couple of miles on the flat trail that goes along one side of the lake. Did no climbing. Never? WOW!!! its so fun to see, You play along with the movie and do skits with the movie. Can even wear costums, but mostly its props like a squirt gun some news paper some toast. You throw the toast and at a part of the movie you squirt your squirt gun and every one does that then you cover your head with news paper. Stuff like this goes on through the whole movie and the Music is so good

There was someone who made a post on FB who said remember last October when Dolly’s sister asked for prayers for Dolly? It was on tv a lot. Dolly made a video that was all over tv saying she was fine, just had some minor health issues that needed to be seen to. Bet that is when she was diagnosed with cancer.

where I’m going is a state park that’s a lake surrounded by rock walls and cliffs, will probably see lots of Vultures as the like to nest in the rocks all the babies will have fledged but might see some. I’m bringing my bincoulars.
