Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Well I don’t have much to say I went for a walk this morning it was 63 degrees which was chilly for us It’s only gonna be 74 or 79 today i’m not quite sure I can’t remember Did a load of laundry I got Kurt coming over for a haircut and then at 5:30 we’re meeting my friend Jakki and her husband Shannon at the Red Garter for dinner tonight.

Good morning Bella Buds. Jo got her phone call already. We will need to leave at 6 AM in the morning, maybe a few minutes before. Urggggg! I’ve already had a shower this morning as I have a doc appointment this afternoon, and I’ve done Casey’s treat for today and tomorrow. I need to check his other food to be sure I have all he needs for today, tomorrow and perhaps Friday. Not easy for me to be on the go 3 days in a row. Get ‘er done!
