Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. The chicks will continue to grow in the nest for about three to four weeks before fledging. More information about the cams, set-up or to make a donation please visit alyssasnaturesanctuary.org.
Rays win. Julie is walking home. She is safe for now lots of people and cars. She should be fine until she gets close to her neighborhood and cut into neighborhoods. Love to all.
4-3 Ray’s win!!! 12th inning
Going to bed now. Hope Julie is home soon.
Lisa will be happy when she sees this.
Goodnight all. 🥰
This is so exciting — i like having a team i actually want to win; unlike the last couple years.
I know very little about sports so do you know why they are still playing after the Brewers broke the tie? I thought it would be over then since they are in the 12th inning
In Baseball, they have to complete the entire inning; both sides get a turn.
thanks Pam, that’s too bad
Brewer’s defense was off or getting tired; which is why the 3rd baseman overthrew the 1st baseman in the 12th.
This is the 1st game the Brewers lost in the post season; first 2 rounds were sweeps, incredible.
They are awesome this year!
Same here! It is exciting!!!
Still tied top. 11
Now top of the 12th. I’ve got to go to bed. Love to all and goodnight. Karen I said goodnight to you below.
