Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. I just learned that Jackie at Big Bear layed the first egg of her second clutch today. A typical tea kettle delivery. ❤️ About 2:30 this afternoon, their time. This does my heart good! 💕🌹Congratulations Jackie and Shadow!
Also, Cholyn and Chase, 28 year olds, 23 years together, at Two Harbors Overlook, Santa Catalina Island, were blessed with their first egg of the season. Sometime today, 02/24/26. Yay! Their last 2 years were unsuccessful due to thin egg shells. Praying for them. 😍🙏🦅
It is about time to say good night. I’m trying to be sure I don’t forget something for tomorrow. My referral, xray CD, location of office. I’ll tell you a funny story. I looked up the address on Maps and it was pretty much where I thought. But maps showed a photo of the front of the office. All the signs out side said women/s Issues. Good to find out where your going Debbie, First time there, hope things go great for you😘 My finger is better still can tell something is not right inside but I will live with it and just see how it goes, its the tendon that locks up causing the pain I feel it in my wrist up to my elbow just a strange feeling now
Julie, do you think maybe you should get it checked? Going into your wrist and up your elbow, may mean that you need to check it out before it gets worse. I know, I hate going in also, but it’s hard to heal that stuff at our age. 😥💕
If it keeps happening I will have it checked out, I’m trying not to use the hand and its better because of that, trigger finger is common hand problem, it also could be Dupuytrens contracture? either way they are both common. Can get surgery or shots for either, I’m not at that point yet
could also be carpal tunnel syndrome
Its more my middle finger that’s having the problem it gets a Charlie horse and locks and I can’t bend it, its not in my palm or wrist like carple tunnel causes, I did think about that, looked up symtoms

They advertise a treatment on tv for something that sounds similar. It has a name. These people can’t lay their hand flat on a table, but that may be later stages.
