Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Happy Spring Eve!♥️🤗 I didn’t even realize it was that time again, but I wish everyone a great Spring! I spent all my day preparing different foods for Dutchess to eat. I have chopped chicken wing meat (no skin), shredded chicken breast, macaroni noodles, pumpkin, chicken broth, and a couple of other things that I can mix and match any way I want. was thinking the vet will get her switched over to dog food soon, its her pancreas that’s enlarged, The pancreas makes the stomach function.

Thank you Debbie. I don’t know what’s keeping her awake. It could be pain or hunger or stress or thirst, I have no idea. She just wakes me up and has a look on on her face saying, “I don’t know what to do mommy, I don’t feel good. I don’t feel like playing and I can’t sleep. Oh Karen honey I feel so bad for you. I feel your stress and love and worry and compassion. Pancreatitis and a UTI are a double whammy. It is going to take some time to spring back but you got a good vet and it is going to happen. Just love your baby girl and comfort her. You are taking good care of her, putting love into the food you are preparing, giving her her medicine, such a good mama. You hang in there and know you are doing everything right.
And it is a good sign she is playing even for short time periods.

Maybe different antibiotics, if they dont help soon.
She might be feeling better Karen Marie also she might be waking you up because you are doing something when your asleep? maybe snoring or breathing funny, she could hear that and wakes you to make sure your OK? I know of stories of dogs waking their owner for such reasons

I answered above but adding a bit more..when we give antibiotics we also add the fortiflora so they don’t get sick, ours came in little packets and it’s a powder..you sprinkle it on top of the food and we usually didn’t use the whole amount.
Fortiflora is a good thing to do while giving antibiotics.

Good to see you Karen Marie😍 You have a different routine making Dutchess food, is it only chicken she can have? when my dog Maggie was sick I cooked her chicken and rice but also lean ground beef and rice, check with your vet if using beef would be OK to feed her lean ground beef and rice also- when does she see the vet again? Yes, we STILL do have pretty good public transportation, but i take my car. Bus stops are partly far away from a supermarket or so. I got $9.60 per gallon. Good grief Gabi! That is nearly triple the cost of gas here.
i paid $3.64 at Sam’s club today; which isn’t too bad, comparatively; still about $.85 a gal more than a couple weeks ago.

I’m thinking, hummm, Wisconsin is between Michigan and MN but yet a Michigan city is near a MN city? Then I thought (all by myself), I guess the upper peninsula goes all across WI. Sure enough it just gets to that little piece of MN that juts eastward!
Hi Debbie! Yes, it’s back. I think there might be a glitch in the bill-pay timing. The same thing happened last month on the 18th; my autopay pulls on the 15th. If it happens again in April, i’ll call them to see what’s going on.
So you think they cut your internet off? I would be mad. That vacuums!
That’s exactly what I’m thinking; i didn’t have time to futz with it this afternoon; but 3 mos in a row would be considered a pattern.
I think I would call them before the next billing cycle to keep your internet from being cut off again. Two months should be enough. Have records available from your credit card that shows two months where the charge was auto-paid on the 15th and service was cut off the 18th.
If there is a glitch they could find that with just one month.
They auto-pay directly from my bank acct; it’s really weird!
Then get your bank statements. You can do that online Im sure. You probably won’t need to print them out just tell them the dates they posted them paid. The internet company should be able to figure out what is happening.
i’m pretty sure it has to do with the way it’s posted at their end; going to try and get them to pull it several days earlier.
