Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. we found out today from someone Rick knew at the bar the store on Fourth Ave is closing because someone bought the block and is raising the rent.
I just want to get rid of them…easy works for me…maybe they wont be of interest to me….he is younger than us

maybe facebook marketplace? just guessing, that’s what DH does..he met up with a couple at McD’s, a couple people came here.

On FB….I was reading posts from a WILDCAT post and this guy said he buys AZ shirts. I casually told him I had some and he messaged me. So i took pics and sent the to him and we met today. I made $130 on shirts that were under the bed in a box , too small and not worn in 20+ years
@Lynn They didnt walk down with palms like they have in the past but the choir had them and anyone who wanted them could walk through the asiles.
This is just lovely; Palm Sunday has always been one of my favorite services.

I cleaned some more, listened to country music while I was cleaning, Darius Rucker and Brad Paisley….DH just came home and took the dogs out..I’m thinking it’s a bit too chilly and windy to walk them somewhere…will see what he thinks. Maybe I’ll just read and be lazy..
