Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. I have refreshed three times and don’t see anything in the status bar at top. The Blue Bell is new for me.
If the bell has a zero that means no one has replied or liked a post. See if you have a number now.
I do not have a number. Normally I get a number there each time somebody replies. I’ve have had as many as 70 replies in that little box, and the number doesn’t go away until I clear the box. But I’m not getting any numbers at all now.
I get the replies in the blue circle, not the blue bell.

I am on my Android phone and I have a blue bell and a blue circle up at the top, next to the inbox. Both are empty, containing no numbers or anything.
