Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Good late afternoon/ almost evening…DH had a lot of things to get for his dad..a long list. Your sister had a few days visit that is good. So people dress pretty fancy for a wedding in your area. Here it is mostly the mothers, possibly grandmothers that would dress formally.
no, it’s not here..they have to travel..lots of wedding here now are more casual nice, outdoor or in barns that are fixed up for weddings which is something I would love. I guess her nephew has a really good job, it’s in Maryland. She had fun looking for and getting a new dress for a fancy wedding.
Casual nice is a good way to put it. I worn plain black pants with a nicer top to the last two I went to. They were both in venues.

Hello…took the dogs to the groomer, that’s exhausting, lol..we stay the whole time and help out. I like Deb’s idea for Ardy…color eggs 😀 …fun to do…my sister did that with our mom and the colors were really vibrant and darker, not pastel, very pretty. I haven’t colored them in a few years. About Bissels..we got a different kind, thought ours was junk…but no matter what kind, the pet hair wraps around the roller and/or gets all stuck in the opening, ugghh…have to go a couple places with DH, shopping for him and his dad..my sister is out with… Read more »

Hi Lynn. So a major accomplishment, dog grooming today. It is probably less stressful for the dogs that you stay.
well…DH has to help hold Bane, he’s almost impossible..the last place said don’t bring him back unless you tranquilize him..and Scout is really anxious and I helped hold her for a bit but then stopped and she was kind of ok..I feel bad they have to put up with our two, lol..the patience it takes…
Yes it is good you both go. Maybe you could learn to do Bane.
no, DH tried and his nails bled and Bane freaked out..best to have the professionals do it and she is so nice and patient with him..also we want both of them to get baths in a month or two.
also it takes a lot of strength to hold him ..with DH and the groomer it gets done..not easily though ..I wouldn’t be able to do that

Oh that was an idea for me to color eggs??? I haven’t colored eggs in 50 years and that’s not something you do on the spur of the moment I don’t even have any food color and we’re not having company for dinner so not a very good idea for me 😄 I I’ll never say I’m bored again 🙄

That’s all I buy is Bissell stick vacuums and for the price and the size they work great They pick up all the hair in the house Pet hair doesnt get caught in the machine and they’re inexpensive.

I thought enchiladas had a tomato sauce base and googled. It said tomato OR chili based so I learned something.
tomato sauce has to be doctored to get flavor; the chile powder does all the work.

You can do red or green sauce, I like green sauce with green chilies and cheese or cheese and chicken
