Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Good afternoon..we went to FIL’s for about 2 1/2 hours…first visited with the caregiver who was there..then the one who we haven’t seen in quite awhile came to visit for over an hour, I think…the first one left and next one came…so chatted with them all..it’s lightly raining but when it clears up the caregiver is going to take FIL outside, it’s in the low 70s. I’m reading the paper, have a couple things to do, but also want to walk the dogs later.
Hi Lynn. It sounds like you have a very good relationship with caretakers. It is impressive one comes to visit when off duty. Caretakers do get attached to their clients. My niece Sherree was very attached to a man she took care of for a long time. He was a prominent, rather wealthy man and he thought a lot of Sherree. She worked the night shift, and he insisted she sleep. Said he can call her if he needed her.
this one is so nice and not doing well…very bad health issues…there’s another one who says she wants to visit but hasn’t yet.

Kyeron sent me a message this morning and told me that he wasn’t able to make it because his dad had a flat tire and he has to take him to work and then figure out what the situation is. So if I don’t see him today he said maybe this weekend. But Rick got the albums down this morning so get them stacked up on the bench on the patio. It would be nice because now they are on the patio…..they are so heavy to move to the shed.

I investigated them and dont want to deal with them……
Someone stole all my albums I was moving and I put the albums in the garage came back to get them the next day and they were gone. It broke my heat to loose them💔 I think it was the next door neighbor who took them. Had a lot of collectables at that time
Oh no!!!!!! I would of been sick. Rick had loaned most of his so this bar friend could record them, he had a music studio in his home. He died and when he went over to get them they were gone, taken by family members.
Not seeing Judy today, her Mom is going to the doctor, she has had pneumonia since Easter and is on meds but she’s not getting bettersoits back to the doctor today to see what’s going on the doctor will call Judy and she wants to be home for the call
Her mom is still in Florida, right? I suppose her friends will take her to the doctor? When it rains it pours! Good grief.
she is in Florida,depending how the doctor appointment goes she might fly back early
So she doesn’t have a car down there? I think Judy’s step sister took her down there but I didn’t remember if she took Mom’s car or drove her own. Hope Mom gets better quick, Judy doesn’t need this added stress.

looks good but I don’t buy much with caffeine anymore..I have herbal and decaf.
Debbie downloaded some app that you can scan your records and then see what they’re worth, but I’m not going to be doing that because I don’t have enough time. They’re still up in the shed. They’re too heavy for Rick to take down so he has to hand me a few at a time which is going to be a pain and he’s supposed to come over at 10:00 so no time for that. I did scan a couple 45s it was kind of fun. They were worth like $3 $4
Like I told Rick, I know I’m bored most of the time or part of the time, but I’m not bored enough to scan all my albums to see what they’re worth because I’m not going to get that from anybody and I’m certainly not going to go online and sell them and have to mail them
people are buying albums now so I’m sure he’ll buy several…one of our resale shops here sells them..DH used to sell things on ebay for awhile but now he sells them on facebook marketplace, he meets them or they come here..I’ve started listening to mine recently but mostly listen to cds
We have record stores here that buy albums too but this guy asked me so that made it easy.
I no longer have a CD player in my new kia, thing of the past now, too bad because i played mine in the car. CD player in house broke but i dont listen to music in the house anymore….I dont want to deal with meeting people OR having them come to our house!
