Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Oh Ardy that is so frustrating. I wish clothes had a more standard sizing. Doesn’t sound like you had a good shopping experience. I hate trying on clothes but there is no way around it.

I don’t shop for clothes much anymore…I do like Kohl’s but it’s in another town and it’s been so long since I’ve been there…we don’t have a Penney’s here anymore. We do have a Maurice’s here and once in awhile I go there..bought a couple $10 tops there, they were on clearance.
Kohls has old fashioned styles now

they can be found anywhere probably…Levi, Lee, and others..epensive but I try to get them on sale..last time I bought three pairs at a thrift store, looked brand new for $6 apiece.

The only physical store I’ve bought in years was Walmart. Then just jeans, tees, sweats. The last thing I bought in a real story other than that was my funeral/wedding pants.

😡 I had the window open, Jo shut it while I was in the shower. I guess she thought I wouldn’t notice. It is 80 outside and 77 in the house. The only window I opened was the front storm door window so you are not even in the wind draft.

Tell Jo the fresh air is healthy for you, she couldn’t get cold its 80 outside, ask her why?
I asked her and she said she went outside and the wind was blowing and she got cold. She can be unreasonable. Sometimes I blow up mad and sometimes I decide it isn’t worth it.

I don’t like hanging out in my bedroom. There is no reasoning with her. . It is actually 3 degrees right now in the house. And the temp really isn’t it. It is give and take and what is fair. I told her put on a sweater.

It happens to me sometimes. It can be warm outside, but when wind goes over my skin then i feel cold. Then i put on a little jacket and i am fine. Wasnt like that in my younger days. Oh well.

Actually I’m in a cool mood too. But I would not be cooler with the window open. It really isn’t a thing about temperature. It is more about compromise and being reasonable and realizing an 82 outside is not colder than a 78 inside.

Hello…I’m sitting on my porch and it’s windy! But warm. Yesterday we had a couple stores to go to and it took awhile..also went to his dad’s last night..showed FIL some pictures and chatted with the caregiver. We got home kind of late so I just had some leftover soup from the restaurant we went to the night before. yes, but I came back on…so windy..the chimes were going crazy! Nice to hear them, though…DH thinks it’s too windy to walk the dogs at the cemetery, he just left to do some work there. There was a LOT of variety at the meal.
When you can’t walk the dogs will they just go in the yard?
oh yes, we take them just out in the yard all the time..but I mean a special walk where we take them somewhere, was hoping to do that on Sundays now that the weather is getting warmer.
