Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Jakki and I went to Sauce and we both had pizzas, they specialize in them. She found the last two Fox Theatre ever made stainless steel mugs that she gave me with four free drink tickets for the Joe Jackson concert. She is putting us and Tom and Serena on the Donar list so we can use the side door and use the Donar lounge/bar. I thought that was nice of her.
I will have the last two pieces of my pizza soon. We are watching the Fever game.

Yes they are for the bar, we are going to a concert in June to see Joe Jackson.
The donor list is people that donate to the theatre – they get special privileges…..we are not donors tho.

Jo didn’t look very hard for shoes. She didn’t like it that nowadays most shoe stores are self service. She wants the old days when you sat in a chair and the clerk brought you several pairs of shoes, put them on your feet, and you walked around a little. Now you look at the display, find your size, try them on yourself. She became done quickly, I tried to get her to look more in the first store. Chuck went to Wal-mart yesterday and said there were a gazillion people in there before today’s crowd descends to shop for the long weekend. 😫 He made green chili today 😋
The city had to repair/replace the filtering system in our local swimming pool; now it’s full of water and ready for use. 🏊

Hi Pam I have Stephen’s show taped and will watch it when I can. By tomorrow for sure. I’ve never had green chili but bet I’d like it. I know tomatoes, chiles and spices. Any other major ingredient Chuck uses? Beans, rice, potatoes? Hamburger? Will you go to the local pool?

As far as I know green chili here is mostly a Mexican topping or sauce, not really an entree or main course. That is why I suspected something else went in it, it sounded like Chuck was making a main course.
Hey Debbie ♥ that’s how we use green chili here too; i love it over scrambled eggs or ladled on top of a hamburger or a baked potato — pretty much over anything you want some added spicy flavor 😋

Hello…went out with my sister for awhile..she had some donations for the thrift shop..we also went to Dollar Tree (I needed some cards), Dunkin for avocado toast (we took it to a park to eat it)…and couple gift shops. I don’t have any flowers yet for my wheelbarrow garden since I/we have been busy…and don’t have my hummingbird feeder out yet..(I buy the nectar from the farm store, it’s red but they use berries and has calcium in it. Hi Lynn sounds like a good day. What kind of restaurant you tried? Was the food good in relationship to the price? We don’t share meals because we like different meals, and also had rather have another meal tomorrow with the left overs. Your wheelbarrow will soon be neautiful soon!

Just looked out my window and there’s a turkey walking down the street, she’s just walking and stopping and picking at things to eat-now she’s on the side walk walking down it like she owns it😂
