Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. OMG I want one of these😍 a baby donkey is this not the cutest baby? and his name is Norman😃He’s so little, not sure why he’s a bottle baby? Jake is taking care of his neighbor’s donkeys and gets to feed this little sweet heart 2 times a day😘

He is still with his Mom, but she rejected him and won’t let him nurse from her, so they have to bottle feed him and he’s doing great

I know nothing of her age, she does tolerate being around him they share the same paddock

He was under medical care-he should of been in the hospital for how sick he was and he wasn’t in the hospital.. Sepsis is a serious infection of the body, how could they not know how seriously I’ll he was? poor man suffered
I don’t know much about it. I think maybe they just thought he symptoms were from sinus when he was much sicker with pneumonia. So they let it ride.

Good morning Bella Buds. Another cloudy day with intermittent rain. Nothing going on today, don’t know what I will do. Talking about boring! But I was the last to post last night and the first this morning. So all I did basically was sleep. Well I did wash left over dishes this morning!
