Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Good morning Bellas Cheers to 250. Not doing much today, Judy wants to hang out, I got to pick Saturday or Sunday to get together onI picked Sunday because today is going to be stormy and rainy. I’m looking forward to watching the Macy’s fire works on CNN with Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen these two together are such a hoot should be great fun😍
that sounds good, maybe I’ll check it out..I also watch the Chicago ones (my sister and her DH are going)..and i’ll go out in the street and see if I can see any from my house.
They will show fireworks from around the country too

Hi Ardyth. 🎆 It is something we all grew up with. And it is the American way to bond and celebrate our country, so it is sad we now can’t do it. I know that when tinder box conditions don’t exist, some groups here still put on a fireworks display at Ft. Carson, our local Army base. Those are nice. Not the same as shooting off fireworks at home, but folks generally aren’t as careful as they used to be, and I believe Earth is getting drier. I knew this happened today from bad storms south of me but I thought they rescued everyone😥 when your out on a lake with a bad storm the waves get so big and crash over you, I got caught in a storm on a Lake at one point the front of the boat I was on was underwater we got a tow back to the Marina by a sheriff’s boat. Ii forgot to mention — I had a crunchy taco, a burrito Supreme, and my first mini taco salad, which is new on the Taco Bell menu, and was indeed mini. I’m eating the second half of the meal tonight. Then to bed.
I didn’t care much for the taco salad. I didn’t like the refried beans in it, I’d rather had plain black beans. Otherwise it was good.
