Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Wash your fruit and veggies well this includes leaf greens there’s a parasitic infection from these food sources, its in Michigan and Wisconsin. Its like having Giardia, this parasite is called Cyclosporiasis and was just on my news. It needs to be treated with antibiotics

Right and I do remember hearing sirens going in that direction then the fireworks stopped. That it went onto the house is so scary. But it is known that people shoot guns when there’s fire works it masks the sound of the gun fire, and it didn’t need to come from another house it could of been a drive by
Good morning Its 82° at 5:30am. I am cleaning so decided not to walk. I am meeting Joyce at Ole for lunch at 11:00. I was planning on walking when i get to JoAnn’s. I thought i would walk down their lane in the woods to the road and back but there was a bear yesterday that knocked over the bird feeders and bent one to the ground and was in the next doo neighbors garage in the afternoon. Good Morning Ardyth😍 I can’t believe the don’t take their feeders down at night or close the garage door if they have trash cans in the garage? Beers have a great sense of smell, they come because they can smell the food, trash and bird seed they love. Its like they draw the bears to them? That’s not done were my parents live. They don’t want to create a problem bear, because it will just keep coming back will loose its fear for people and learns being by people means there’s food. Mike does take the feeders down every night…..this was after he put them back on the morning. This all happened during the day.
They don’t tell time and young bears have been chased away from their Mom’s because the Mom has new cubs and these 2 year old bears are hungry and looking for food and have just left their Mothers and are on their own for the first time. Will just keep coming at any time and will return where they have smell or have gotten food before, like a elephant they never forget and return
The bear was in the neighbors garage.
Garbage smell brought it in they can smell stinky garbage from miles away
She lives in a gorgeous place.

Good morning Ardy. Watch your back! Enjoy your lunch with Joyce. Oh dear the near! Maybe you and JoAnn can walk some together, but I know she won’t want to walk as early as you. Take a noise maker of some kind. I think bears will avoid you if you don’t surprise them, especially black bears.
