Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Hello…it’s hit or miss for me too…wanted to say how much I loved AGT, because of the Jesse White Tumblers!! I’ve seen them many times in person and have always thought they should be on it, wonder how it took so long..anyway, I’ll be rooting for them..Jesse is now 92 and has been doing this for 67 years.

they have been here in my town and other nearby towns for festivals and parades. ..every year they are in our fall parade and then do a performance by the court house.
