Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Hello…having some back issues so being careful…might go to the chiro later this week…yesterday was bad but I iced often and did the stretching that I do while lying down…Bane and a stepladder have been helping me get up. I’m doing laundry today, hanging a lot of it outside. Oh dear Lynn. Your back sounds bad. Bane helping you? A stepladder. I don’t think I’d be hanging clothes. I’d throw them in the dryer if I was hurting.
in the dryer..then I’d have to bend over..no I’m fine standing and hanging…yes Bane stands there and lets me put one hand on him and one on the stepladder to get up. oh, I do hang those things in the basement if the weather is bad but hard to get things out of the dryer..DH could but he’s gone for a bit, then working from home.

Hello, It sounds like your back is pretty bad I would be taking it easy too. Mine is pretty bad too but that’s because I can’t sit still and I’m doing a lot of cleaning that needs to be done so might as well do it. I hope you feel better soon. I’m going to have an egg for lunch too What kind of egg did you have I think I’m gonna make a scrambled egg with onions, since I’ve lost 4 pounds since I got home without even trying I haven’t even started my diet pills yet

Hi Ardyth. Scrambled eggs and onions!? I have never had that one either. It does sound good though. Maybe I’ll try that one the day after I try Lynn’s tomato and egg sandwich. I hope you don’t work too hard on the cleaning, I don’t want you to hurt something. I bet losing 4 lbs makes you really feel great though, for a minute, anyway. 😍.

Hi Lynn. I’m sorry to hear about your back. I’m glad you might go to the chiropractor though. They can really do great things. I went once, and he fixed me up so well that I never had to go again. Anyway, I hope you enjoy whichever your bath/shower. 🙂 I’ve never heard of an egg and tomato sandwich, but I’m going to try one this week. Sounds really tasty.🤪 Feel better.

I called my bank to dispute that little charge. And I am going to get my money back. They gave us a $12 voucher and I had to pay extra and then there was a surcharge so that would have been $7 more on what was to be a free meal..

I want to order some flavored coffee and beef jerky and looking for the best of the best. I want to try fruity, nutty or other flavor coffee coffee that tastes like whatever flavor it is supposed to be. Not sweetened with anything. I just want good jerky. I’m not too worried about price at this point, I can try it one time, and it doesn’t have to be pods but I do want it ground. Just want suggestions and if I don’t like it, it is on me, not you!

my favorite is Door County flavored coffees, several of the flavors. Jerky..DH likes to get it from Aldi but any grocery I’d think or Walmart..there is a brand he thinks is good, I’ll have to ask what it is, he left for a couple hours.

Thanks Ardy. I’ll try one of those. I have this little insert thing with my Keurig that I can use regular ground coffee. I’ve been wanting to try it. One thing is I can regulate the amount of coffee for a larger cup, or use better coffee not available in the pods.

I truly believe online jerky from a vendor is much better than what you buy in the stores….but that is my opinion.

Oh Gabi that is just horrible. And I think of how many people in Europe don’t have any AC. I have learned there are a lot of people in the US that either don’t have AC or too little for these temperatures. But it is because of their usual climate. These people are not poor. They are middle class and would have AC if it were not for this atypical weather.

Same here. We never needed ac. It was never before so hot.
Now upgrading the houses takes time and many ac-s need to be produced.
