Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. I was a little to young for him, I was into the “Jackson 5”, “Osmonds”, “Cowsills” then moved into “Santana” and “Ike and Tina Turner” I knew of Elvis that’s about it. Some girls I went to school with were Elvis fans but I think that was because their Mom’s liked him. My Mom not so much

My velvet Elvis had flown off the wall and i found it when i came home from work and then on the news i heard it was his birthday. And one other time Rick and i were in the living room and he flew off the wall…..not fell down but came out into the room and landed on the floor!!!!!!!

Good morning Bella Buds. Our temperature is more pleasant today, 81 now. Tomorrow should be nice too, and I’m going to Somerset for RA appointment. Again on Thursday for endoscope. I am not looking forward to Wednesday, there are few things I can eat. Seems I can have clear broth, but everything else I can think of to actually get some calories are mostly sugar! I have no choice to not get weak to eat sugar stuff. Not really eat. Drink.

Jello is still basically sugar but I may get some. Gelatin itself is almost no calories. I have two boxes of chicken broth that I will boil down to make it more tasty and drink that. It is probably the closest thing I can think of to feel like I’m eating something like soup.
Theres sugar free Jello that’s what I buy, its one day plus you can look forward to eating something tastey later so this is for Thursday right?
I need some calories Wednesday, the day before the scope. That is my point, I can’t find anything except sugar that has calories to keep me from getting weak or light headed. As far as I know I can eat normally Thursday night. I’ll have to see what he says.
You will have your broth, they will monitor you if your blood sugar gets to low they will give you something
Since I’m not a diabetic I can just have more sugar. I’ll be drinking a lot of electrolytes too.

Yes. And they have to be clear, like the broth cannot have little pieces of meat. Popsicles can’t have fruit or pulp. Wish I could at least have apple sauce or yogurt. I can have “fruit juices without pulp” which can have vitamins, but the calories are mostly sugars. I would probably need to buy shelve stable juices because anything refrigerated or frozen might have pulp. I might be able to buy a refrigerated orange juice with no pulp. I’m not a diabetic and it won’t hurt me one day but it can cause spikes and falls.
I wouldn’t think one day of a little extra sugar is going to throw your whole diet off, but you know what’s best for you I guess…so is it 6 to 8 hours before the endoscopy or a whole day that you have to do this, I know this is not a surgery, {I’ve had a few endoscopies in my day), but in the case of surgeries it’s usually 6 to 8 hours a person has to fast before surgery
I’m not really worried about it. I’m no longer trying to loose weight, just maintain. Even with the sugar I probably won’t get that many more calories. Thanks for your input.

What about natural fruit juices? Apple juice.
That might work, or atleast be better than just sugar.

An overdose can be on purpose and very hard to prove not accidentally unless there is a note. Some people with life insurance that cancels if death by suicide choose this method. No, I don’t think so in this case.
Right it can be suicide if you PLAN it, most overdoses are because of the amount taken or the drug is laced with some thing else also a bad batch and you don’t know the results that will happen. I have had several freinds die from over doses and it wasn’t suicide it was the amount of the drug like wanting to get higher so you take more to feel the effect of the drug . A lot of users build up a tolerance to the drug so take more to feel it.
Yes i believe people over dose on purpose.
an overdose isn’t always accidental; this is only speculation at this point since it says “apparent” but most likely that is the cause…if you have ever seen the “Bring it On” movies she was in the 2006 one, from what I am reading she apparently has struggled with substance abuse, sad
I think she was open about it and was really trying.
yes, she was trying and just wrote a book that was just published in May of this year about her struggles and other things
She suffered from post partem, drugs and alcohol I believe
In dispatch audio obtained by PEOPLE, officials could be heard discussing an “overdose” and “cardiac arrest” around the time of her death.
