Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. All Monarchs are released just one more in chrysalis and 2 caterpillars that are growing, releasing 4 monarchs in one day is like magic and a record for me 😍 I have had lots of doubles in the past

Green thing is the chrysalis there’s a monarch butterfly in it, probably reveal tomorrow😍 they turned into chrysalis around the same time
Oh I thought the chrysalis was white.

After emailing with lady from the gummies, she has decided to refund my money because she figured it would happen again and that’s what I had written to her telling our temperatures are 105 plus right now and it really doesn’t cool down until the end of October. It’s already in my bank account in the works. And she’s already got her spot at the street fair in December so I can look for her and buy them then a win-win

Ardyth its weird that they melted I know the heat but would regular gummies melt? Like gummy bears? Haribo gummies don’t melt

Just seems like the mix might of not been stable like the gelatine didn’t set up all the way?

I don’t have the heat and its the recipe I have been using them for years and just never had them melt, it does say on the packaging to keep in a cool dry place

I never come home at night so I wasnt thinking and didnt bring any of my nighttime meds so that is why my legs were out of control……I had some OTC tabs that melt under the tongue that i was taking but by that time they stopped helping.

Julie I started using magnesium at the suggestion of Dr Julie and I started it a week before I went to Minnesota and I haven’t had any problems at night, in fact they drive me crazy mid afternoon and I haven’t had any problems with that either so I don’t care if I have to wait for the gummies maybe I won’t even need them by then
Oh Ardy do you mean the restless leg is better because of the magnesuim? Had your lab showed low magnesuim? Or did the doctor just think a higher level would help you? It will be a miracle if that helps RLS. You have suffered for years.
I know some who have that are low in magnesium and that it can help.
I have been on 800 mg of magnesium for years. It know it can affect lots of things.

yes, that is why i dont need them now. I only took them when i was in bed and my legs wouldn’t calm down.

The Baker’s cyst and RLS are completely unrelated right? Just think if you had had the cyst drained you might have been saved years of pain. My Mom had a liver cyst drained and they said it would fill back up, but to my knowledge it didn’t. At least now that is gone and it seems RLS is too. That is wonderful. Gabapentin apparently is not a good long time med, I guess sorta like prednisone. They make you feel better but can be damaging in other ways. Prednisone did a lot of damage to Karen. Got my coffee checked on the Monarchs there were two ready to be released and to more had revealed them selves so I had 4 monarchs released 2 the other ones need to wait a bit till wings are dry. I have them in their cage in the sun to help their wings dry, it will take about a half hour. 11:00 and wheres Debbie?

Good morning Sunshine. I have noticed sometimes a 10 minute, maybe longer delay in posts showing up. I can only have clear liquid all day. Chicken broth, jello, popcycles, , Gatorade, tea, coffee. No dairy of any kind. No juices with pulp even. So about all my calories will be sugar.

You can get free passes to Federal parks too. Do both of you have to have a pass or is one good for everyone in a car? When are you going to the park?
It’s for the car, we will go next Wensday that’s the plan the pass is good for 3 days so if we needed another day because of weather and have to change the date we have a window we can go
we are going to Devils Lake state park, its about a hour away😍theres lots of hiking trails a lake with a beach, we are going next Wensday

I had Barrett’s in my esophagus but it was gone during my last scope. I think my first scope was done for another reason.

Maybe not the bowels! They don’t clean that for this scope. But I will have an empty stomach.

It is the stomach that needs to be cleaned, but I suppose they don’t want the esophagus to be stained by red or purple drinks or food.
Oh OK Bruce has Barretts too but they focus on his esophagus they scrape his esophagus so I was thinking that’s what you were having done.
My Barrett’s was gone the last scope. They never scraped my esophagus. They prescribed omeprazole for acid.
Bruce had to have his esophagus scraped to remove polips one was pre cancerous he gets this done once a year
