Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Yes I am. It came in a styrofoam container with two little tiny cold packs in it that were hot when I opened it. Of course it sat in the UPS truck all day I’m sure and they don’t have any air conditioning. And my box said rush perishables but I’m sure UPS doesn’t pay any attention to that. So I emailed the company and sent him a picture. Maybe they should say we don’t deliver to Arizona in the summer

Yes, I ordered them from the company that was at the street for a couple of years ago and I really liked them and I paid $5 for cold pack which came in styrofoam but it was just two little cold packs which were hotter than heck when I opened it and the outside of the box said rush perishable. But I’m sure UPS doesn’t pay any attention to that and our UPS trucks are not air-conditioned. Can you believe that in Arizona? I wonder how many other people’s stuff gets ruined. I hope I get my money back

Sometimes it can be such a PITA 😠
We met the new caregiver, she’ll be very good and is very nice. She’ll start in September unless maybe we need her before then. The other new one, FIL thinks is a man…this is why I said he won’t understand all the tattoos. The bad one will work the rest of her August shifts and then she’ll be done, won’t be on the schedule anymore. We went to Walmart for cat food and also picked up chicken meals to eat at home.

Pam — I just learned of the sad news regarding Rick. 😭😓😰 I am so sorry for you and your sweet family. I am also shocked!
