Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Checking in I took a break and fell asleep so I did do something today I took a nap I never finished my coffee this morning I have a full cup will drink it tomorrow morning 😃

I have done it lots of times, Debbie. Just heat it — tastes the same to me. Husband has left his brewed coffee in coffee pot for days, turned off — still palatable. I won’t drink t that old, though.
I put coffee in the fridge for iced coffee. If I really was desperate I could take it out and heat it up in the microwave. Not a big deal to me
Thats what I will have iced if I don’t reheat it🤔
It’s pretty easy to work with, actually. Never really realized it before. I’ve never had iced coffee. Room temp, yes, but not really, really cold. I should really try it. 😊
I never have any left over coffee. I just use the pods. Once I have a cup I finish it.
I never leave coffee in the cup, well almost never. I drink it. I don’t like coffee that has been left very long in the pot on the burner or warmer or whatever it is called. It begins to taste burnt. That happened at work, not at home.
I understand. I was never a big coffee drinker, as i preferred tea. But it always tasted the same, no matter the age, strength, temp, etc. Tea was a whole different story.
What kind of tea do you drink?
Just plain Lipton or generic. Nothing fancy. I just like the plain taste, with a touch of sugar and cream.
Hot or cold?
Hot.
I will sleep no problem-when I woke up at 7 I thought it was 7am the next day😜 the coffee will be fine

Hello!!!!!!!! I have been sort of busy with this and that this afternoon. I got three mail orders, one was a leather teal tote/purse by Cole Haan. It was used. I am not familiar with the name but the purse is leather and his purses start at $220 so I got a good deal. I love purses and have too many 😁
Our Cox cable is now Spectrum I found out today…..hope we like it.
Rick made coleslaw…this red pepper is as big as the head of cabbage.

Did you eat the Chinese leftovers today?
I ate other leftovers for lunch but in just a few minutes I will get inessential! I may have to freeze some of the Chinese because I bought a lot. It was a by the pound buffet if you do takeout, or all you can eat if you eat in for one meal.
Will it be good if frozen? Never had any leftovers of Chinese.🐷🐖
It should be. Chinese stuff is frozen at the grocery. You probably don’t eat much prepared food frozen because you have freshly prepared about every nite!

I quite often bring home leftovers but we have it for lunch the next day and there’s nothing left to freeze
Because the veggies are cooked it doesn’t freeze well they turn to mush, but the taste will be there😋
That is what i was thinking, it would be mushy. I doubt I would care for it frozen.

when I don’t know what to cook I usually make up a helper because I can add things like veggies to it😋 I have peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and onion oh and I will put spinach in it too

Well all this testing costs a lot of money to do. The cost for fuel is very high and its not one jet its 4-6 jets per training mission here’s the break down

No, he does grow green bell peppers but they have much thinner skins and are sweeter than store bought. They didnt grow well this year because of the other big plant still growing……..

I need to clean and fill my hummer feeder brb
Cleaned and filled hummer feeder and I found a monarch caterpillar on my milkweed its a newly hatched one I checked yesterday and missed the egg. Its easy to find a little caterpillar because when it hatched it eats its egg shell and also eats a small circle around the spot where the egg was this is its first taste of milkweed, the egg is the size of a poppy seed and that’s how tiny the caterpillars are
I did not know that. I know tomato worms are really tiny when they start out and eat until they cant anymore.
