Good morning 💚 Another beautiful weather day here in PA. Sunny with a high temperature 82° Today is Global Garbage Man Day. It was established to honor the sanitation workers, waste collectors, and recycling professionals whose daily labor keeps cities clean and disease-free. Thankful for all these workers for all they do. DH Mohs surgery is healing well. Black and blue eye is slowly fading away. 🙏 PTL Alice brought over a 3 pack of fresh perogies from Costco’s Monday night. An easy dinner frying them up in olive oil and sweet onions. The other two packages are in the… Read more »

DH’s family ate perogies. Not my favorite, but it was a standard in Buffalo. Glad DH is healing up well.

This morning a client and his daughter came by to pick up their returns. So I got signatures and was able to file those two returns. Later in the day I finished up a big two state return and uploaded it to the portal for the client to review. I also had PT this afternoon and stopped at Costco on the way home. DH says his one eye is blurry and dry, so he has been putting drops in it. He goes to his retina specialist on Thursday, so if it is not better by then he will ask about… Read more »

Good afternoon…last night we took the dogs out for ice cream and a walk at the cemetery. Today I walked Bane with my dog walking friend..it was just a bit cool and breezy, nice day..might get storms tomorrow , my first day of petsitting for 10- 11 days. I’ll be keeping a close eye on the weather. I just had a farmer’s market salad and we have plenty of hamburgers left from when DH grilled..gave a couple to my mom. Time to feed the dogs and get a few things done.

Good morning. A lovely day here in PA. Plenty of sunshine and a high temperature 80°. I say “a perfect weather day”.
Today, June 16th is National Vegetable Day. What is your favorite vegetable? I like asparagus, tomatoes, onions, potatoes and eggplant to name a few. What are your favorite vegetables?
Have a good day. Take care ♥ ttfn

My favorites are potatoes (you can do just about anything to a potato and I’ll eat it), broccoli, tomatoes (although they are a fruit), snap peas, asparagus (though only if roasted), and pumpkin (though in other things – not just pieces of cooked pumpkin).

Umm. other than Kale, not sure there’s any i don’t like; Niece Chelsea cooks Brussel sprouts in some butter/red wine mixture; they are so good. My faves are asparagus, mushrooms, tomatoes (fruit, i know) radishes and celery. oh lettuce and green onions. all of these are pretty versatile.

Did a bunch of things. Ordered some food items for DH. Renewed my CPA license with the AICPA. Sent out some fundraising emails. Emailed two clients about IRS notices they received. Worked on a client’s tax return to reduce penalties. Went grocery shopping. Folded laundry from a few days ago. Watered inside plants at ADU and took over DBIL & DSIL’s mail. Temps today 55 to 94! Cooler weather again starting tomorrow.

Good Night all! Love & Hugs & Prayers!!
