This is a live feed of wild barns owls named the Lorton Meadows Barn Owls brought to you by the Dorset Wildlife Trust, United Kingdom. The male has a white chest and face. He usually shows up after dark but has spent an entire day with the female.
So last night when I went to bed I almost hit the ceiling when I laid on the bed. My back was much sorer than it has been in weeks. Not sure the massages are going to help. At least yesterday, it made it worse. I was able to find a position that didn’t hurt as much and sleep. Still sore when I got up but it mostly wore off during the day. do you know what the root of the back problem is? sorry you are still dealing with it, does ibuprofen or Tylenol help?
Pain killers don’t really touch it. We think it is a pinched nerve. X ray only shows that I am aging. MRI on July 9th.

Fire scanner very busy…. Mid a couple bills on line, DH changed my bandage, still hurts some as I bumped it yesterday… didn’t sleep much last night..

Good morning. 💛 Happy last day of June. A mix of sunshine and clouds with a high temperature of 93° The heat dome will be over us starting tomorrow. Triple digits…..😮
Walmart order arrives this morning. Lots of produce to wash (vinegar and water soak) rinse and air dry. Then put away. Produce is the most work for me. I ordered tomatoes, oranges, peaches, celery, romaine, iceberg lettuce, green pepper and baking potatoes. Bananas corn on cob and sweet onions too. We do eat healthy. 😉

Had my first therapeutic massage appt this morning. Managed to find two other spots that are sore, though not as much as the main one. At least it didn’t make me jump off the table during the massage. We’ll really know more if that helped in a few days. Then went grocery shopping. Home to do a load of laundry and fold some of it. Doctor told DH to drink more water when he has dizzy spells….a sign of dehydration. It does seem to help.
