This is a live feed of wild barns owls named the Lorton Meadows Barn Owls brought to you by the Dorset Wildlife Trust, United Kingdom. The male has a white chest and face. He usually shows up after dark but has spent an entire day with the female.
Met some friends, a couple from church, for lunch at our favorite gluten free waffle place, The Leaning Maple. Another couple was supposed to join us, but they both came down with a virus that is going around. The women are friends from my Coffee & Bible Study on Wednesday mornings. The flu is very bad now. May be a good idea to wear a mask at times. Like doctors offices, pharmacy etc.

Got out of bed to see sun and 10 degrees/feels like 1; managed to get to 45.
Cleaned the stove/dishes, showered and got the new pizza stone ordered from Pampered Chef; they were very nice about sending a replacement. I sent the rep a photo of it. “Yep, it’s broken”, & it was still in the original box 🙄
Think our furnace is on its last legs 😭 i was really hoping it would make it til my car’s paid for in April.

Walmart order should arrive late morning. Hope to hear from cardiologist office sometime today….since they should be back in office after a long Christmas break. Everything stops this time of year.

Exactly. I tried to get in touch with my Dr today. Nope out till the 5th’’ if I need emergency go to Urgent Care

Church this morning. Stopped at a drug store to pick up for a battery per DH’s request. By the time we got closer to home, DH thought of 3 more things he wanted to pick up, that we also could have gotten at the drug store, so we stopped at a grocery store before we got home. Collected the wrapping materials from around the house to get them put away. Refilled the bird/squirrel feeders. Started packing that box for DD. Responded to s client on a year-end tax question. We had 69 today overcast all morning..’’ sun off and on this afternoon.. I finally went to sleep at 5 am. My ankle hurt a lot.. pain pills really not helping unless I take them every couple hours’. I got up at 10.’ This afternoon DH told me he lost his ring. DH lost his wedding ring the year after we were married – out for a walk when cold out and it wasn’t on his hand when we got back. We went over our path but never found it. Praying you find your DH’s ring. Keep looking. It may be somewhere you don’t expect.

Got up to snow falling 🌨 stopped around 11a. Sunny & cold today; supposed to get down to 10 tonight.
Talked to my cousin about the pizza stone; she contacted the pampered chef/PC rep and i’ll get ahold of her tomo so i can get the stone replaced. i know Chuck’s looking forward to getting it.
Chuck made green chili; so i had green chili eggs today, he didn’t stint on the seeds 🥵
