Good Morning! Sunny and 33 going up to an above normal 71 with breezy conditions at times. Yesterday was an all-day affair with laundry (I knew it would be). Most times I only wash the sheets but this time I chose to also wash the mattress protector, mattress pad, bedspread and the two blankets we had used on top of the bedspread during the extreme cold temps. Wow, 7 loads of laundry is a lot in one day. I have done that before it is a lot of work. Bedding is so heavy too.

Good Morning, 36 degrees going up to 70! Wow, 70 degrees and sunny. I will be out on the porch and or sunroom today.😍 Yesterday I went to Publix grocery and their prices on some things so high that I got perishable groceries there then to Walmart for non-perishables. Why are they asking $ plus more for the same item I can get at Walmart? It is worth going to 2 or 3 stores to get the best price you can. Publix is great when they have Buy 1 Get 1 Free specials for items that we use but I also noticed that Publix and Harris Teeter have the highest regular prices on items that I can get for much less at Walmart and even Food Lion.

I do always check their BOGO sales and they are very good. It is worth going to more than one store to get the best deal for your money. I know you often mention making 2 or 3 stops when you go for groceries.🙂
Rick used to run all over for the best prices but the dollar tree that had great produce closed.
Yes, if you dont have to drive too far out of the way. Our stores are all close by to each other.
I’m lucky as most of the stores I compare shop at are within a few miles of each other.

It is crazy!!! Now I can buy some things cheaper at WM than i can at the dollar tree. The prices keep going up. I buy our paper products, bird seed, dog and cat food at WM…Rick buys our food at Frys.
I hope Deena’s surgery results turn out well for her.

Yesterday I met Dave for breakfast at 8am at Denny’s. We meat once a year.He was a customer I met in the 80’s and continued to cut his hair until retirement.
Rick went to see Julie for his lab follow-up. He said she broke her foot/toes and was wearing a boot. That is probably why she called in sick when i was scheduled to see her. It was 83° yesterday. Rick grilled burgers.
His hand hurts some from his fall and he has some bruises on his arm too. He was lucky!

When I read about Rick’s fall I had a flashback of my fall back in September at the gas station. I’m so thankful to not have been injured much worse and especially that I survived to tell about it 🙏🏻😇

Good morning…yesterday was a different birthday…not used to being around people since DH is usually at his seminar..but my sister was in town, my DB stopped by…I watched a lot of the Olympics and will keep watching tons of it…also some of the superbowl and lots of puppy bowl.
