Good Morning! Cloudy and 61 going up to 68 with showers this morning but sunshine expected this afternoon. Yesterday I accomplished my grocery shopping. Today I need to wash some clothes and possibly focus on more purging. Last week I dropped off some donations at the Matthews Help Center. Good morning, 61 degrees going up to 66 with showers this afternoon. Yesterday was gorgeous, sunny and it went up to 70 degrees. Nothing like jumping from the 20’s – 30’s to 70 degrees! It is awkward, Wendy was up away in the shop sweeping when I walked in and the owner was right there and she say ‘you have been here before’ and I said I have but had been in Maine for a few months and then had a too short haircut I was growing out. Good morning. Yesterday was cleaning day. Then I cleaned the shower as it was overdue!!! Plus the shower liner was gross so I put the new shower curtain and liner in the shower…Looks good now!!! I hate cleaning the shower, it is SO hard on my back. It was another nice day with a high of 78° so Rick grilled chicken thighs and vegetables for supper. I do not like cleaning showers either. I have started doing it weekly with a Mr. Clean sponge and some spray. I find it much easier to do a light cleaning more often. We have a large shower and the floor is the part that gets ‘mucky’ so keeping that wiped weekly seems to work. I wipe the big glass doors ( no curtain ) with a towel after showering and they do not get all spotty now. How sad about the Dove. Knowing they mate for life is heartbreaking. Oh how sad about the little fawn…nature can be cruel.
It really upset me, the deer here stay in groups but I see the pine needles all stirred up where they had ‘dug in’ to run from something everywhere I walk. Nature is hard but nothing goes to waste it seems as the hawk ate the Dove and the birds ate the deer. Life cycles.

Looking out of my window right now I just see Drizzle falling and it is very dark so no sun again today.😏.
It is that day again Pretzel day and my legs just about made ot today.lol.
Flood warnings all around my area but not affecting our bit so lucky to be on high ground.
Local river is as high as I have ever seen all the surrounding fields are just lakes.
Time to get stuck in to that Pretzel now the one good thing of the week.

What I am suffering from after reading symptoms is sciatica because I am getting shooting pain down my legs
I use the bouncer occasionally but a floor mounted Deskcycle 2 use most.😀😘
Oh the sciatica is terrible pain from what I hear. Are you taking anything for the pain?

No I do not like taking pain killers as they upset my stomach.
I use some ointment on my knees which helps a bit.🙄

Hi Ice…I had that really bad and couldn’t walk…went to a chiro and was cured! But if not, ice does take the edge off, you ice your lower back…also some stretching exercises that my chiro told me about .
Oh so sorry Ice, that has to be very painful.😥

I do grit my teeth these days when I am trying to walk.
It has something to do with the lower spinal disc’s.
One can bulge a bit and put pressure on the Sciatic nerve.
I have just had delivered a device called a PREVALNT
You plug it in and lie with it in thec small of the back and it vibrates and heats up at the same time.
Just going to read the instructions now.😘

I try to scrape off as much salt as I can but it is baked into the crust.
April showers we get but we have been having them for weeks now so I hope that April could be dryer.lol.
Everything in the garden is so soggy now be growing rice soon.😀😘
