I was ok during the day but seeing the Deer turning up for food and the feeding troughs gone until next year makes me so sad ! How the heck do you tell a Deer that the food is over but they are having apples at the moment !

Good Morning! Yesterday was hot here with a high of 88. Sunny and 65 now going up to 82 with breezy conditions 10 to 20 mph.
I think I’m over the worst of my cold virus (at least I hope so). Sunday was two weeks since my symptoms started. I slept better last night than I have in many days but I can tell that I still need more rest. After I finish eating breakfast I might go back to bed.
This morning Matcha decided to “help” her daddy while he put on his shoes, lol.

I used to carry my cat Sophie on my shoulders so warm and soft. :o)
Thanks Beryl! The flu test at our clinic was negative so the doctor concluded that I had the extended cold virus that’s been going around here. On average it’s been lasting about 3 weeks for most people.
I didn’t know that I hope we don’t get it over here , keep smiling ! 👌

Thank you regarding the virus. I still have some coughing which could could continue for a few more weeks but at least it’s not as bad as it was. Hopefully that continues to be the case 🙏🏻

I dont watch it like I used to now that Eagles have laid eggs but i still enjoy it when they are parked and i can see people walk by.

Good morning, I have no idea what our temperature was yesterday, probably 100°After church i went to Walmart. They have been out of thistle for the yellow finches so I asked someone and he said it wont be available until August when the “new” store opens…. a wildlife rehabber could probably still help but maybe they are too far from you…we once took a chipmunk and turned out she had a bit of brain damage from a cat..also baby squirrels and a bird.

Good morning, It was a very warm day yesterday, 86 degrees and sunny. It is 64 out now and going to be 86 again today. I washed all our winter type warm coats and hung one that is not good for the dryer on a hanger outside on a tree branch. No clotheslines here so I wonder why I didn’t think of that before. It dried perfectly.🤗 We watched a show on Netflix in the afternoon and had a relaxing Sunday. Temperature on our weather station in the early evening.
