Good morning…the dogs are waiting for DH, hope he got more sleep last night..he’ll work from home today, I think. last night watched AI, several good ones on there. Today I’ll either clean a bit or switch some more clothes..winter to spring/summer, even though we’ll have more cold weather but I can layer. It will be in the 50s today so I’ll try and go for a walk or two…hope you all have a nice day 😊

Good Morning! Cloudy and 44 going up to 59 (yesterday’s high was in the low 80s). Yesterday I washed a load of towels. Today I need to wash some clothes. I also need to do some grocery shopping at The Fresh Market during their weekly Tuesday special on ground sirloin. I like to buy enough for multiple meals of hamburgers and taco salad. When I get home I will portion out the ground sirloin to prepare it for the freezer. What a pretty plant. Rick buys lots of burger, divides it and then freezes it.
We have to have hamburger balls to out Nikkis pills in for her.
DH buys a lot of hamburger at a time and cooks up a lot, too…we have leftovers and I put a hamburger topper on the dogs’ food…but now I have to give them less because he said the price is higher for the leaner hamburger and the kind he’s getting has more fat (which he likes and wants but I don’t want to give too much of that to the dogs)…also I can’t have lot, no gall bladder

Good morning, We had a nice sunny warm day yesterday. There was a bit of cool breeze so not so hot as it was. Today on the cool side 48 going up to only 65 with strong winds. Talking with Sis Deena on our pm, she is not feeling good at all. I did not know but she said she had been on steroids and that is why her energy was so good at first. Hi Jenn, sorry chemo is hitting your sister but the side effects are not pleasant and hard to deal with so hope she finds the strength to take it. Its so hard when its a loved one with this battle but hoping for her to persevere ! ♥♥♥

I didnt do anything special yesterday….walked and did more laundry….lol
It was 96° and we broke another record but it didnt feel hot to us.
Rick stopped at a booth at the street fair to talked to them about covering up our tiny step into the house that is cement and it is crumbling from old age.We supposedly have an appt for them to come out today for an estimate and were told they would call and confirm yesterday but, of course we never heard from them.

Hi ice, I can understand the need to go out and keep up but there is always home delivery if the knees give out !
I had to give up my long walks to Torquay because I had osteoarthritis but Mark bought me some trainers with shock absorption and I was away, sometimes there is an answer but with knees not easy to find an answer to help with walking, its a pain in the ass but in your case a pain in the knees ! SORRY 😘

so sorry…it’s so important to keep moving…my FIL didn’t ..he also didn’t have knee surgery which would have helped..chiros can help with knee problems also, they helped me…just keep on moving….
