From a lovely sunny but frosty day yesterday back to wind and rain.
A wet journey to get the paper this morning. So dark need the house lights on again.
Got this weather on and off for the coming week but no frost about.
Bird bath still frozen but melting away later as the temp rises.
A high of 48F today. Time now for that welcome cup of coffee.

Good Morning! Cloudy, misty and 60 going up to 74.
Craig’s ED&C procedure at our dermatologist to remove a small cancerous area from his left calf went well and was completed in less than 30 minutes following a local anesthesia.
I woke up with a headache this morning. Now that I have food in my stomach I am going to take some generic Excedrin.

Good morning…DS’s race in Capetown should have just started…excited for him! Looks like decent weather today, not sure what I’m doing yet. The neighbor boy and his friend, both 8, wanted to rake for me yesterday so they did and not bad for 8 year olds! I gave them some money and told them I’ll let them know if I need them again but…I will actually have my helper finish up here, to make it more worth my money. Time for coffee..
@Kathy S How did Craigs surgery on his leg go?
On the way to the grocery yesterday I stopped at CVS and got my second Shingrix vaccine. My arm was very sore shortly after the shot and it hurt in the night and is aching now.😫
I remember them hurting.

Rick worked at the Marriot in the 80’s and this couple Jacqueline and Stephen always had a Dec party. They moved to OR quite a few years ago and have been coming back in Nov for two weeks. they rent a house. Some of have stayed in touch so tonight they are having Serena/Tom and Rick and I over for dinner. Sunday will be the party for the other former workers and friends….it’s not as big as it used to be……people’s lives change.
