my sister and I went for a walk before she left to go home. I’m so tired…have been up since 4 something…DH came home..because of a BAT. Also happened several days ago when my sister was here at my house. He took off work, still hasn’t found it. The pets and I were in rooms for a couple hours or more during the night …Scout, Sulley and i in the bedroom, :Bane in the bathroom and Maui in “his” room. Tired…
How scary with the bat Lynn. My sis had an old farm when I used to babysit her children for her. One night a bat flew in the bedroom window and landed on the bed post over my head. I was sleeping on a cot in their room and I never moved so fast getting 4 year old Lisa and baby Travis out of that room and shutting the door. 🙀 I hope your DH found the bat by now.

Good Morning! Cloudy, very humid and 70 going to 85 with a chance for an afternoon thunderstorm. Yesterday we had a heavy thunderstorm that dumped another 3/4″ of rain.
I have to finish getting ready as I have my annual dermatology appt at 9:00 this morning.

I cleaned and did laundry.
I have a follow-up lab appointment with NP Julie at 8:00. I havent seen her for a few months now, since last Oct since she cancelled.She has me come every 3 months, too often if you ask me

Good morning, I had a good dental check up yesterday, just a cleaning. So good to be back in the little practice where we know the staff and I had my favorite hygienist. I am a small town girl at heart, I know that now more than every. 😊 We have our plumber, who is Denny’s cousins son-in-law, Chad, coming to work for us today. He might be here pretty early. I’ve always looked at it as stages:
Cottage = full plumbing and electricity
Cabin = rough plumbing and electricity – may be a composting toilet, but it’s inside
Camp = see that tree over there? That’s the “outhouse”
camp is the place, cabin is what we sleep in.

Good morning. Beryl, Jenn, Ardyth, Kathy, Lynn, Pam. Another record temp yesterday of 92F at Heathrow Airport 90F where I am. A very sticky night again but hopefully we are cooling down a bit for the rest of the week and running into next week. Missed a thunder storm yesterday by 5 miles they had a real downpour, but we have not seen any rain here in weeks now. Howdy-do Lovely Early Bird People 🐦 Sunny/warm; only about 75 today, compared to 90 of the last few days 🌞 Up early for a load of towels; set the dryer-timer for 60 mins & the larger ones were still more than damp — i hate this dryer 😠 Went to brush my teeth/spit and there was no water!
