Another tough night again last night really hot and sticky.
Another hot day today butvnot as hot as yesterdays 98F.
Will be in the 80F range which will seem very cool.lol.
A threat of thunder storms around but only a slight chance where I am.
Sunday will be a big turning point wity hopefully temp’s in the 70F range.
Might get a good nights sleep at that.
Up again at 5-00 this morning off to get the paper now before the heat sets in.😀😘

Sorry you and Glenda are still having a rough time in this heat. It would help if you have AC but I know this is unusual weather for you.

Have bought a small fan cooler which you have to top up with water.
Gets a high recommendation in a test.
Sunday should see all this humidity behind up back to average temp for the time of year in the high 60F to 70F😓😘
We have two stick fans as i call them in our living room and one in the bedroom plus i have a small on on the nightstand next to my bed that Michi lays in front of….🙄

No fun at all trying to sleep with hot temps and no AC. The house I grew up in didn’t have AC until I was 14 years old. There were many uncomfortable summer nights prior to getting AC.
Heavy-duty thunderstorms last night and expecting more tonight; at least it’s not overly hot, only about 86. Got our primary ballots filled out and ready to go. I’m sad as well that Scotland lost. All of the Scots have been a joy to watch and I’m so proud of them cleaning up the beach in Miami where they partied 🏴❤️ They’re welcome back to America anytime 😊
A late day post. The workers drove into the yard at 7:05am, the earliest they have ever arrived! We said we would leave since the work the past 3 days involved no door dividing us from the addition. We came back around 2ish and they were leaving. They are all finished and we really like the room. We have work to do now putting down a rug and moving things around.
I am very tired it has been a stressful week we have been going someone every day.
Going to bed early tonight.😴

I completed the potting of the Surefire Cherry Cordial Begonias (that we bought on clearance) just as it was starting to feel hot outside. I usually let Craig do our plantings but I decided to give it a try. Hopefully they will thrive.

Good Morning! Sunny and 68 going up to 90 with tolerable humidity. Yesterday I didn’t feel well. I woke up with a headache and low energy. Tylenol did help somewhat. I have more energy today for which I am thankful. A load of laundry is almost done in the washer. I have two Begonias that I hope to pot in my hanging planters this morning. Good morning
After my walked yesterday morning I decided to bathe Nikki and trim her fur, so that is what I did.Then I washed some clothes.
I contacted Celia who is our friend and works at the Dr office I go to for advise on picking a new NP. She agreed with my choice and they let Rick and i keep our Nov. appointments.I am not looking forward to starting over with a new Dr.
I wonder what happened that she was let go…they didnt even tell her.
Its going to be another hot day….lol
