Good morning, It is going to be a hot one but not so hot as they were saying earlier. Looks to be mid-80’s not mid-90’s! A storm coming from Quebec is going to be strong with lightening, possible hail, maybe tornadoes! This will be strongest in northern Maine but we might have some impact. Tomorrow still fairly hot then back to the 70’s for highs. Good morning. Beryl, Jenn, Ardyth, Kathy, Lynn Pam. I do wonder how Beryl is coping with this hot weather. I would just like to know why she has deserted us, so sad. Pretzel day around once again seems to come around so quick these days. Last night got some sleep but a very warm and humid night again, no idea when this heat will cool down yet. Those were the day’s Jenn on the Hog Island cam, really enjoyable time there.
We have windy conditions as well which is fanning the flames.
I got my Pretzel ok and just about made it around again.
When I get back in the car I say to her……” Made it again old girl”.😀 😘

Good Morning! Overnight we got a decent amount of rain as there was 3/4″ in the rain gauge when I checked it this morning. More rain is possible today and I hope we get it. Saturday night I experienced insomnia and never got any sleep. Sunday afternoon I did manage to get a 3-hour nap and I slept well last night. However, I can tell I’m still sleep deprived. Yesterday when we went into Walmart we were driving through Rockland, my hometown. It was barely 11am and when I saw the best hotdog stand I said to Denny ‘let’s get a hotdog’! He whipped in and we had one with a side of fries and coffee milk.😘 This place is very popular with tourist also. The Blues Festival was going on and could not get near Main St. but this was just before Main St., thankfully.😍
Sounds like they have great hot dogs……what is coffee milk?
