Good (Tuesday) Evening! It was hot and muggy here today. The real-feel reached 103 this afternoon. We might get some severe weather this evening. Knowing that I have been very busy all day trying to accomplish numerous things because Lauren is arriving tomorrow to visit us for a few days. Quick fly-by: Rick had the nurse call Chuck at 8a so he could talk. 🤸♀️🤸♀️ Said he was really sore. Let’s see cut my neck open, scrape junk out and sew me back up; “I’m sore”. 🙄 Chuck said Rick sounded like himself. 🤗 He’s on 8 liters of oxygen, when it drops to 5, he’ll be transferred to the rehab facility which is attached to the hospital; there’s an underground tunnel to transport patients where he’ll stay til he comes home.
I can’t seem to stop smiling.

Good morning, Another nice day, sunny 62 going up to 78. It seems it is so hot in so many places, I am so thankful to be here in Maine. Also we are coastal and have cool breezes which I love. Last night after supper Denny and I sat out talking on the deck and I almost could have put a sweater on. Not for everyone but I sure love summer here. Good morning. Beryl, Jenn, Ardyth, Kathy, Lynn, Pam. A hot sticky night once again cloudy and very humid this morning. Pretzel day shopping in a short while while there isa bit of cooling breeze about. Will stay humid and cloudy most of the day a high of 83F today and up to 85F tomorrow and still no rain forecast.🙄. After shopping I then have an appointment at the surgery for my COPD. I do get more breathless in this humid weather, maybe he will suggest another type of inhaler the present one does not seem to make much difference.Will see… Read more »

Have gone back to an older uprated inhaler plus another inhaler to be able to use 4 times a day when I feel it is required.
Oh I got my Pretzel ok really enjoyed it today.
The young man told me that the inhaler I am using now can affect kidney function long term.
But the new one has no such problem.😀😘
Very happy to hear you have a change in inhalers, especially knowing the one you were using can cause kidney issues.
