Good Afternoon! It’s around 5 PM and I’m just checking in for the first time today. Sunny and 78 going down to 51 overnight. Craig started having some sinus congestion yesterday and it’s worse today. Despite that he kept his sports announcing commitments. This evening he’ll be announcing Queens Men’s Soccer which is scheduled to start at 6 PM. Craig expects to be home by around 8:30 PM. Good morning, not feeling too good this morning too much time alone is so not a good thing ! Nathan just sent a message that has left me in tears, he has told me that its Herbie’s time it will be on Tuesday and I can’t bear it ! The vet said if it was his dog he wouldn’t do it yet but something must have happened to make it happen now so I am going to go do something to keep my mind busy so I don’t sit here crying ! Not sure but one thing he’s had a good life and that’s great, just wish I could hop on a plane to Dublin!

He’s a good age and had a lot of problems but always got over them but now its time to let him go ! And believe me saying that is not easy !

Good morning. I gave myself a pedicure and applied my fingernails yesterday. We have been keeping Roger in 24/7 and he is being pretty good about it……we are going to try our hardest to keep him in at night from now on since I think that is when he gets into cats fights and then gets an abbess. We are going to a concert tonight to see Roger Clyne and the peacemakers. They are quite famous and out of the Phoenix area. We saw them last Jan. for the first time. According to court documents, Ryker was being held inside a small, padlocked room in an RV without running water, no bathroom, and no air conditioning.
This is such a tragic story. How did he even survive.😢

Nikkis meds must be working now because she isnt coughing all night anymore…..she still has a few coughing spells, especially after she drinks water.
I was saying it was good keeping Roger inside for now and hopefully no more overnights for him.
You must be so happy that Nikki is not coughing near as much.
I hope you have fun at the concert, too bad you could not take a small folding chair to sit but I realize you can’t in a standing crowd.
They have a very few high top tables and VIP seating off to the side but way too much $$$

Good morning, Yesterday was a nice day after all. It warmed up to low 70’s. I sat outside awhile and started to crochet my last 2 pumpkins but had people coming by saying hello. One gentleman here is British and has the coolest accent. We knew him from when we were here 3 years ago. I hate what youtube has done to the live cams…..I hate those white lines too and I have the same problem. It does take the fun out of it.
It has really made it harder to watch, so incredibly annoying.
No I only got half of one done then came in because I had a big mess in my sewing bedroom. I worked the afternoon on that and got things put away where I can get them quickly when sewing.
It is nice to be organized!!!

Another lovely cool day, only 72; a LOT warmer tomo. Chuck made baked potatoes; i really like the way he fixes them, lines the pan with parchment; cuts the potato length-wise, covers the top with shredded cheddar; then flips them over so the cheesy side is on the bottom; creating crispy cheese. 😋 Afterward, he went into the kitchen to clean up and asked why i didn’t have any of the chicken wings, i didn’t even see ’em. I had slathered the potato with butter, who needs chicken??
